how long for tolerance to decrease ?

i do not use regularly but i noticed my tolerance went up quite high to the point where i need 2-3 cups of kratom tea to feel something.
i use preferably red kratom even though i had some nice but different experience with the green strains.
when i get a 200g bag it can happen that i use daily for a couple days to a week.
often i take a month or plus brakes yet still it doesnt feel as my tolerance goes down sadly

I am no help as I can literally go a day with regular dose and then suddenly it doesn’t do a thing. Then two days later back to normal So odd 😂😂
