We're about to hit mid kitten season. This is a friendly reminder to please spay and neuter if you haven't yet.

How old are these cats? My mom brought them home because one of her friends rescued them from a recent flood, I've never taken care of baby kittens in my life and I've been stressing so much, every 3-4 hours I have to stimulate them to use the bathroom and their poop is always watery, is that normal? I'm confused if it's diarrhea, and they cry so loudly when I stimulate them, am I hurting them ?

Our 5mo neutered kittens have stopped eating their usual wet and dry food for the last couple of days. They have (unseen) also been sick on two successive nights.
The only obvious change is that they have been spending most of the day in the back garden. The temperature here in the UK has been going down recently. They are not escaping the garden, and we don’t have anything obviously bad in the garden like lilies. The vomiting might be the result of just eating dying grass.
They’re a good weight, they’re eating snacks we give them like dreamies and lickeysticks (sp). They are barely pooping in their litter tray.
So apart from keeping them indoors for a day or two to let their guts reset, is there much we can do? Obviously at some point we will involve their vet.
Picked up our 2 kittens at 8 weeks old and I can't believe how well they are trained.
Its been 2.5 weeks and theres been no toilet accidents and they are so well behaved.
They love to zoom around twice a day( morning and night) and are showing our family alot of affection.
We are learning as we go, bought plenty of toys and give them plenty of love.
This weekend I will cut their nails and do the usual checks.
Absolutely Love these guys .

Everyone meet Ms. Pickles! We are already so in love. We lost our dog two months ago and aren’t ready for that level of commitment again yet. This baby was found in a car and abandoned by mom. She was extremely malnourished and overall very unwell. We brought her home from the shelter yesterday and she only hid under the couch for like 3 hours. She proceeded to show us her ultimate kitten zoomies for the rest of the evening and crawled up on my lap this morning! She did escape her enclosure overnight somehow though. Overall she has been so sweet and outgoing. I haven’t had a kitten since I was 11, and she was my sister’s/dad’s cat. We are so excited for this new chapter with our new baby girl!

Kittens are like kids, they get bored with the toy in 15 minutes, but a box is an adventure. Just ask Charlie.

We were able to take him around our hallway for about 5 minutes before the waterworks came out.

Hi guys, I have two new kittens, but I’m having a bit of a problem with one. He keeps stepping in poo and then running around the house, I clean it away but unless I’m literally standing under him with a scooper it’s gonna happen. Everything feels gross and I don’t wanna touch anything in the house now. I don’t know what to do?

We adopted these 2 sisters a month ago and I'm so happy to have them in our family! We are a clan of black cats now, our older black kitty is Hex, the smaller black kitten is Vex and our Tuxedo is Jiji. Hex absolutely loves his new little sisters and they have settled right into our family 💓
