I have known of Killswitch Engage for pretty much my whole life with my dad would play My Last Serenade all the time but I didn’t actually start "really" listening to them and their whole discography until mid to late 2024 which is around the same time I started to listening to more metal and hardcore music as a whole.

Temple From Within vocal cover. I'm a really good screamer. Just not a great singer, was just curious how this sounded.

Killswitch engage is playing a show in my area in just over a month. I havent been to much concerts in my life, and the ones I have been to have just been rock like Three Days Grace and Stone Temple Pilots with a couple of friends. This will be the first metal show I will go to. Though, the place they are playing at is 18+ only, and I'm the only one on my friend group that is 18. One of my friends is also really into KsE, and he wants to go but doesnt turn 18 until a month after the show.

Should I go by myself? Should I try and convince other friends that are 18 but arent really into metal to go? Should I just stay home?

This was the last show on their North America 2026 tour. Whole band looked great and brought a ton of energy. Jesse was top of his game except for time he started his between song banter with “SAN DIEGO!!!” and everyone started booing. I was laughing so hard I almost cried. Only worse city he could have gone with is “LOS ANGELES!!!” I think. Otherwise great performance on his part considering how long they’ve been on tour. I have my issues with the ownership at The Warfield, but the venue is well run, the sound is on point, and security is chill.

It was a wild night for crowd surfers. Over KSE’s set, I saw a blind dude go up with his cane, a dude with a prosthetic leg, and a mohawked kid who looked to be about 10 years old. There was a banana man in the audience and Jesse pointed him out and begged the crowd to be gentle with him. What a great night.

Set list stopped temporarily earlier for about 10mins in due for emergency care for a fan in need. Seems like it went alright. Great energy. Had a blast with nostalgic memories :)

The poster looks quite good with the signatures from the band, although there is some damage on the bottom. Overall, a good purchase.

I have two tickets for the show at the Hollywood Palladium on Thursday. Unfortunately it’s looking like I won’t be able to make it is anybody interested?
