Graham just new it was a gold mind. Although Theil has never explicitly said it in a public setting (He's not an idiot). He started funding Praxis through his venture capital firm in 2021 and they want to essentially build freedom cities. They've tried building them in a couple of various locations but keep getting rejected.

1) there are military targets in Kyiv
2) he was not killed by Russia

Russia doesn't go for military targets in Kyiv and often attacks civilian targets that aren't close to any military targets.
And Russia can get people with multiple ways to assassinate them, and we have seen this throughout history. Graham had just pushed forward new sanctions against Russia. The timing is pretty crazy.
The drones, if they keep destroying Russian infrastructure and war facilities and facilitators, would save lives overall. It's better than letting the Russians run roughshod and killing tons of civilians and kids, etc, which yehy target purposely it has been shown.

There was a temporary lifting of a couple of sanctions on Russia for several weeks after your president botched your war of aggression in Iran and gas prices surged. Rest assured, thousands of other sanctions against Russia were still active during this time.
