I checked again, and I couldn't find anything related to that image either.
However, I'm pretty sure I'd seen it before 2020(most likely on Reddit) but I couldn't find any trace of it anymore.
So it's really strange that nothing turns up. It could be from an archived newspaper article that isn't publicly accessible, or from an old school textbook that was never digitized.

Well disabled people would love to but other countries dont take them in whatsoever. But just because we hate how America is being run it doesn’t mean we just drop it and run off like most MAGA dads. We try to fix it. You know. Because we have the skill set to see what’s wrong and how to make it better. Obviously to many reading and seeing this the truth is obvious. In 1940 the good 'ol US of A hadn't decided wether to support the Nazis or the Allies. Only when Japan attacked did they pick a side - hopefully this is taught in Yank schools but I very much doubt it. Let's hear again how they win the war by themselves and saved the world.
