Hello all! As the title says, I'm doing a bit of research here but I'm trying to locate Welding Jobs/Fabrication Shops that in Illinois/Chicago. I'm looking to move to Illinois from Virginia in about a year or so after my schooling and want to apply to a union, but I'm not sure if I can land a union job before I move.

So I'm trying to figure out how to get a non union job before I move here and wanted to know if there were any recommendations for fabrication shops or businesses that will hire fresh graduates/those with little to no/one to year experience. Looking to stay mostly on the eastside lakefront or at least an hour or so from it.
