Discussion User feedback system
I made a tool/system for helping to get more useful feedback for users, helped me to solve some clear needs in my app. Right now it’s mainly geared towards iOS apps (iOS SDK and App Store integration). Looking for more people to test it out! If you have an iOS app with a decent number of users, and want to understand their needs better, would love to chat!

Interesting idea. One thing I've always struggled with is getting actionable feedback instead of "love it" or "doesn't work."
How are you prompting users without hurting engagement? Timing seems like the hardest part—too early and they don't have enough context, too late and they ignore it.

Yeah exactly!! I worked at some bigger apps, and had this issue, so that’s what I’ve worked on solving basically, do you have an app out now? 👀

https://echoed-feedback.com/ but it doesn’t have screenshots from the mobile side yet! Still working on the marketing (a lot), would love to discuss more if you’re interested

Please have an option to say - NOTHING I like it the way it is. Too many of the squeaky wheels will contact you and then you end up with a convoluted mess that appeals to niche players.

It’s totally open to any kind of question, and feedback options! In my app I had a question which was super domain specific (if they have a season ticket), and the answers to that helped narrow down some features to build. And basically I’ve found that if you don’t prompt for feedback, it is ONLY the loud negative majority that gets through

Interesting idea. small suggestion you didnt asked :) think how you can add mcp so dev can connect feedback to actual behavior like churn, retention, or subscription cancellations
