I'm trying to recover an HTC One Mini (M4_UL).

Device info:
- ModelID: PO5820000
- CID: HTC__032
- HBOOT: 2.22.0000
- OS: 4.14.401.2
- S-ON
- LOCKED

The phone boots directly into the bootloader.
Recovery immediately returns to the bootloader.
HTCDev accepts my Unlock_code.bin ("unlock token check successfully"), but no unlock confirmation screen appears.

I'm looking for the original RUU or:

PO58IMG_M4_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_4.14.401.2_Radio_1.28.40e.00.24_10.z19.40.1304L_release_450912_combined_signed.zip

or any compatible European RUU for MID PO5820000 / CID HTC__032.

If anyone still has the file, I'd really appreciate a Google Drive, Mega or MediaFire mirror.

So I have bought an HTC 7 trophy a couple days ago and it won't boot. After calculating crc checksum, it comes up 0x0. Any help on how to fix/flash it is appreciated

just bought several u23 pro's on our local auction portal, and made 1 working phone of them.

However, there is FRP lock.

Is there any way to FRP unlock it? Talkback and owner info is not working, same as trick with sim...

Or is there any tool what can do it?

I just bought this htc one m8 for free, it’s mint. It doesn’t have the micro sd and sim trays. It doesn’t turn on. When i plug it in it shows the red light and stays solid, after 3 seconds starts blinking. It stayed on the charger for 2 hours and nothing changed. I even tried with a faster charger but the same thing happens. I tried all the buttons combination, nothing. Whan can I do? I want it working.

Hi, my grandma has HTC Desire 12+ and for the past 2 days she has beeen having the same issue. Everytime someone calls her the screen goes black and you have to unlock it to answer the phone. I've tried to fix it with the help of the Internet but did not succeed. Do you have any sollutions? Thanks in advance

I absolutely loved this phone! The first real GPS phone of its time available to the US next to the TyTN II. But it came with TomTom and maps installed which gave you real GPS vs AGPS that the iPhone had at the time. I flashed several custom ROMs to make the phone faster and more customizable. Phones were fun back then.

I found an HTC 1 MAX a couple weeks ago & posted it in this sub. Well, ive found another, anyone know the model or if its any cool?

Hey all, I have a 2014 HTC One M8 that I love. The phone is fully functional calls/texts/4gLTE data. It is running Lineage OS 14.1 using android 7.1.2.

The phone does not have an all day battery and the take apart on this phone is fairly significant so to make it an all day phone I have bought 2 cases. I start the morning with the regular case but if the battery gets low I pull the phone and insert it into a battery assisted case.

I am posting pictures of the setup.

The battery (very thin) is a tntor for iPhone from Amazon canada.

Hi, i bought a cheap htc j one m7 htl22 that is on android 4.4.2 but with no sense 6 (weird right) the japanease decided to just leave it on sense 5.5 which is bad tbh cant even unlock it since htc dev says no is there ANY way to unlock it in 2026? sunshine is dead and everything is down nowadays would it be possible to contact htcdev to ask if they can bypass to unlock it?

I'm working on preserving some extremely rare HTC Dream / T-Mobile G1 firmware files that are nearly impossible to find today. I'm specifically looking for the following NBH files:

• DreaIMG_1.11.531.1_Official.nbh (build TC4-RC19)
• DreaIMG_1.09.531.1.nbh (build TC4-RC17)
• DreaIMG_1.09.531.2.nbh (build TC4-RC17)

TC4-RC17 appear to have been leaked from a prototype at some point and only surfaced on a couple of forums over 15 years ago. If you have these files sitting on an old hard drive somewhere, please reach out.

If you have an HTC Dream / T-Mobile G1 with these builds, please hit me up / send me a DM. I'll help you dump them.

IMPORTANT - please read this even if you don't have the files above:

If you own an HTC Dream or T-Mobile G1 running any of these Android 1.1 builds:

• TMI-RC4 (123099)
• TMI-RC5 (124603)
• TMI-RC6 (126400)
• STG-RC8 (128394)

Please do NOT flash, update, or wipe your device. These are incredibly rare factory default builds. They sometimes display a number instead of the proper build ID (e.g. TMI-RC5 may show as a numeric string), so double-check your build info under Settings -> About phone.

If your device is running any of these, I'd love to hear from you. I'll walk you through every single step of dumping the firmware, so these builds can be preserved properly before they're gone forever.

Even if you just have a lead, an old forum post, or a name of someone who might have these - any information helps. DM me or drop a comment.

Also looking for people with Google Sooner (HTC EXCA300) prototypes. It doesn't matter if it boots or not. I can help dump the firmware and/or restore the device to working order.

Could be a fun weekend project to extract the firmware off the thing if possible and not equipped with an efuse or something.

I found my dads old phone and wanted to use it as a mp3 player and im having trouble. several issues have occurred and i want to salvage the phone somehow.

first, its not connecting to any internet/wifi. It may be because the phone is old, but it let me choose and sign into my internet but its not connecting.

The next problem im having is that im not sure of the best way to add music. At first i tried connecting it to my pc, but because of the wifi its wasnt connecting. now im thinking that i should use a micro sd card.
