Hello, just got my xkah and I was trying to enter the hidden menu but it’s only beep for me , how can ai acces it ?

I’ve bought from (or attempted to buy from) most of the major US hookah retailers over the past few months. Just thought I’d share my experience. Obviously, this is only one customer’s opinion.

Absolutely outstanding. Bought my Steamulation Ultimate One from them and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They gave me a nice July 4th discount, included useful freebies (coals, grommets, etc.), and shipped everything quickly. Their website is extremely well curated with premium products, and customer service was excellent throughout. The only reason I’m holding back half a star is that they focus on a curated inventory rather than carrying everything. Still my favorite retailer for hardware.

My go-to tobacco store (I’m based in NJ). Probably the best selection of Russian and premium brands I’ve found in the US. Shipping has always been reliable, and it’s usually the first place I check for new flavors. They don’t run many obvious promotions, but the selection more than makes up for it.

Huge inventory, competitive pricing, and they almost always throw in some nice freebies or gifts with your order. I’ve had consistently good experiences and never had any fulfillment issues. Great all-around retailer.

Probably the best customer service I’ve dealt with. They communicate well, ship quickly, and stand behind their orders. The only downside is that many of the popular or newer flavors tend to be out of stock. If inventory improved, this would easily be a 5-star store.

5. HookahJohn ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2.5/5)
I only attempted one purchase. After placing my order, I was asked to complete payment via Zelle, which I wasn’t comfortable doing, so I cancelled it. I still think their bowls are excellent and I’m interested in their Uncut tobacco line, but I haven’t ordered from them since.

6. Icon Hookah / Hookah Lab ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)
Unfortunately, my worst experience by far. My first order arrived without two tins of Sebero Black Strawberry Guava. I accepted store credit instead of a refund and reordered the exact same items, only for them to be omitted again. When I requested a refund, I was only offered a prorated amount because the replacement order used the store credit issued for the original mistake. Missing the same products twice is frustrating enough, but the way the issue was resolved left me with little confidence in ordering from them again.

I do like apocalypse, however, getting kind of bored of these flavors what do you guys recommend as far as the quality I’m looking for thick smoke and good flavor. Like absolute best hands-down.

Hey everyone, first of all huge thanks to this community for all the advice and answers, it has really helped elevate my hookah experience.

So as the title says I’m in search of a new smaller hookah, which is easy to clean and smokes well. After going through similar questions, I’ve narrowed down on the purjfam and Amotion Roam.

Which one do you guys think is better? And what kind of bowl would go the best with them as I’d need to get that too?

Plus I’m in Canada, so any suggestions from where I can get either from? Or any trusted seller here who can hook me up? Thanks!!

I've recently picked up a Harmony bowl because I like the size and depth of it. Silly me though… I didn't take into account that it wouldn't properly fit my Na Grani SS HMD.

I'm curious what other folks are doing that works really well. I could go straight foil or I also have a Provost AOT II but have been using that as a top for my Na Grani.

I have a problem with my X-Kah Pro. I bought it over a week ago, and it was working perfectly, but since this morning it's not heating at all. When I turn it on, it heats up a tiny bit, but there's no smoke. I tried leaving it at 305 degrees for an hour, but nothing changed.

Anyone know where i can find this plastic part? It holds a freeze tube and the hose is just a disposable hose nothing special but the actual freeze tube holder is what i need

I’m desperately trying to order shisha tobacco online, but I keep running into the same problem: most of the major websites (especially in Germany) flatly refuse to ship to France due to customs restrictions and age verification requirements (no shipping outside Germany, no Packstations, etc.).

Do any of you know of any alternatives? Are there any reliable websites (based in Europe or elsewhere) that are willing to ship brand-name shisha tobacco (such as Adalya, Social Smoke, Al Fakher, etc.) directly to France?

Still using only my original gear for the most part, although I got a new hose that's easier to clean (also got a cleaning kit to scrub my base etc).

Got a cheap hmd off amazon, and I'm gonna be trying it with my new alpaca phunnel (it's too big for my small bowl). Aiming to pick up the Hoob Subatomic in a few weeks as my first modern hookah. Got a bunch of new flavors on the way, but tonight I'm enjoying the AF Diamond Dust I got from my local shop.

I've used this box for my hookah stuff for years, and now it's updated with my current flavors, coals, and the pick/tamper tool I made from copper wire scrap.

And that little hot plate for coals has been a game changer when it comes to avoiding roommate detection 👌🏻

I super appreciate this community! I've been able to troubleshoot so many little issues from old posts, and it's nice that there's so much support 🙏🏻

I am new to the world of premium hookahs. I’ve been smoking hookas in town for 12+ years, and i own an entry level amy deluxe hookah. I plan to upgrade and the more i read the harder the decision becomes. I am stuck to 2 main brands and models: Alpha Hookah X and Steamulation gen3. I see both can be upgraded with different parts. What would you recommend me within a max 500€ budget as a premium quality construction and materials(there might be brands i don’t consider). Having the possibility to use 2+ heads simultaneously (steamulation ultimate) can be a plus. I know my question is very generic, I appreciate every piece of feedback and information i can get.

Hey y'all seen some other ppl with this issue so wondering if someone might know what I'm doing wrong.

Following moasmokes guide with musthave and not sure if it's not enough air pockets but it's hard to have a deep hit without having harsh hits. I'm noticing syrup leaking into the bases water too. Tried with pas raas too though i know blondes have some issues.

Does anyone have any favorite mixes from ROR they would like to share... Or just their opinion of the shisha in general? I haven't been able to find too much info on this brand. I've been smoking it for the past 3 or 4 months and have come to like it. I just picked up Chai Latte and Minty Choco glacier and need some mix suggestions. (Preferably in the ROR family)
