These three songs are raving rants of utter frustration, an expression of rage and bewilderment. Fuming, furious - and very very annoyed. We are so tired of this shit. In utter disbelief, desperately questioning how it is possible that the world is organised this way. Death distributed downward, wealth hoarded at the top. It’s sickening. Perverse. Humiliating. All without the bat of an eye, all as if this is somehow acceptable, reasonable, normal.
These songs are a refusal, a rejection of accepting it, any of it. The crippling structures of control, of domination, of plunder and violence are not a given - they are constructed and upheld, facilitated by servitude, politeness and civility. The refusal to accept these violating structures arises from a fierce love of life. As always, these songs are for the unruly, the ungovernable weirdos. Losers and failures. For the acts of resistance, big and small. For a deep love of our living, breathing radical infrastructure , growing like weeds, stubbornly surviving in the cracks under the most unlikely circumstances.

Hi,
Living in Europe in a country that doesn't have a big hardcore tradition, I am really sad that I will never get to see Against All Authority, Aus Rotten, Atari Teenage Riot, JUDGE, Raised Fist, Foose, and Strife.
What about you? Are there bands that you've lost hope to see someday?

Listen to Ensign- Silent weapons for quiet wars.
The first parts sound exactly like Judge- Take me away.
Or am I just tripping.

I’ve been going through my storage slowly but surely over the past few months and uncovering some gems, most I’m listing on Discogs, but there are a few items I can’t list there because of their policy of no bootlegs. I have this Misfits “Bullet” vinyl bootleg. I know that there are A LOT of Misfits bootlegs out there, so where do you sell them? (Other than local record stores). Appreciate any suggestions.

Crusty Hi Charge - Discography 1995-1998 12”
I hadn’t really seen many folks talking about this particular FOAD release so I decided to check it out. This thing pretty much rips front to back. The first side is their 4 song demo that shows a more than competent band but side B that collects their final 7” is where they really shine with that forward driving momentum, manic vocals, and guitar solos a lot of us have come to love from Japanese hardcore. Despite their name, I don’t find them to be particularly crusty and they wouldn’t feel out of place alongside bands like Warhead, AI, Organism or Think Again. Stream it on the FOAD records Bandcamp.
