My account for Minecraft (via discord phishing) got hacked and the email and password was changed so I can't recover it, I have no idea what to do.

Hey so this has been on my mind for awhile. Unfortunately I work and am online a lot and come across a lot of mass shooter fan accounts. I click their profiles. I can tell they are children. I have learned some of their secret language and codes they use between eachother. I see so many accounts and it bothers me I can’t do anything about it in a real way (not just reporting an account). I am not good at finding information on accounts but i wonder if theres any ethical hacker groups that deal with gently telling these parents kids what they’re doing online? I was deeply unmonitored online but that was the early mid 2000s I feel like now there’s so many more predators/disturbing hate groups. Am I making sense? I want to find the parents of these accounts producing dangerous ideology for children but how? Can I? Help

2 days ago my linkedin account was hacked and restricted. Luckily microsoft recovered it for me in few hours. due to mistakes of the hackers involved, i figured out 2 people who were involved in this activity. There was a message trail left by them on linkedin. Should I talk to them and ask if they were paid to do so? Should I ignore them?

Hi all, I’m wondering if it’s possible to extract email contacts from a group email sent through meetup.com. I know I exported my contact list before closing my groups but I’m pretty sure I accidentally deleted it in a storage freeing frenzy recently. I’m devastated. I had over 500 members between my two groups and I was hoping to be able to reach out to them and let them know I’m starting up the gatherings again.

I’ve reached out to meetup and am waiting for their response but I figured I would come here too.

Is it easier for someone to hack starlink or a cable/fibre connected wifi router?

An online friend of mine got doxxed on X after months of being involved in fanwars with a certain fandom. She never posted anything about herself on that account, it existed solely for fanwars and wasn’t linked to any personal accounts. She thinks someone may have found the email connected to it, but even that didn’t contain her name. How does that happen?

I've been seeing these reels on Insta about OSNIT tools and such. How hackers can get/use information about you from social media and whatnot. But, if they have your e-mail, can they get your number from that? and vice versa?

Hacker hacked into my parents YouTube channel. They were pulling in around 1 to 2 grand a month. He hacked into adsense and made himself the primary admin and changed the bank account details to his own.

We got the email back by changing the password from the email he hacked us with. But we cant seem to get the adsense account back. I have @ed teamyoutube on X who said "if you feel your account has been compromised heres an article"

We have access to YouTube and adsense but on adsense we are no longer primary admin. We have the guys full name address company name. We are based in the UK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone else miss the relative ease of network penetration back in the late 90s? What a time that was, everything was mostly exposed, just freely walk in and out, no issues.

Hey guys, someone insulted me this morning on my second account, so I insulted him back. The thing is, he somehow managed to get my phone number, my photo, and my full name, even though our entire conversation was strictly on Reddit. How is this possible? Are there specific programs or websites that allow this? I really want to understand how he did it, especially since Reddit is a major platform with strong encryption. It doesn't really matter to me that much, but I just want to understand how he managed to do that.

All I see here are ridiculous requests and nonsense. Why does this sub exist?

So my low functioning autistic son last night bypassed a pinned ap and changed the password at least that’s my wife’s theory, all I know is today I’m hit with the password screen enter it as I know it and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried the suggested methods to recover short of factory reset which I really don’t want to resort to , if I can avoid it, is there anything I can do to bypass the password screen and reset it? I can only guess Android version it is, I only know it doesn’t have the option to recover after 5th attempt. I’m not asking for a jack just want to know if there is a way other than the usual recommended methods.

Yesterday, One in my family got scammed when a scammer made us install an APK claiming it to be of a bank. Post installing, the APP started suppressing SMS and enabled call forwarding 0ost which they wiped an account clean. More than 3 lakhs was lost.

I checked the APK and found that it was hosted in Replit with firebase project connected to it. I found Google cloud Project details, API key etc and the replit URL to which OTPs were sent. Is there anything that we can do to disarm these people atleast temporarily using this info?

Me and my younger sisters are currently replaying the original Spyro 3 (we dislike Reignited) and we’re having fun with just hanging around the Rhynocs in different levels, trying to get as close to them as we can without them attacking us.
We call this “taming of the Rhynocs”.
So far we’ve succeeded to tame many of them, we’ll make a video at some point.

Our question is - is there a GameShark code that makes all enemies tame? Like they don’t see you coming?
AI suggested us a code it apparently found on some old forum thread and we entered it into the cheat section of Duckstation emulator on my Mac.
It didn’t work. It turned out that Spyro 3 has notoriously strong and well known anti piracy code that shuts down any such modifications.
But is there a workaround? If yes, then how?

Does anyone have any ideas? It would be cool if the enemies would act as if they don’t see you. Especially our favourite Rhynocs!
