This deck has become one of my favorite Skellige decks and honestly it might be the most fun I've had on ladder in a while.

The core identity is a discard engine backed by some of the most powerful individual cards in the game. Round 1 you want to activate your discard package — Birna Bran and Knickers are your key pieces here — while playing some of your tall bronzes to build a solid board. Don't overcommit though, save your big guns for later.

The dream line is a clean 2-0. Round 2 you go all in — drop Renfri to activate her gang, follow up with Sove for massive point swings, then close with Tyr and Triss: Meteor Shower as your finishers. The bears provide additional muscle throughout and Morkvarg is a nightmare for your opponent to deal with.

If Round 1 goes badly — bad draws happen — don't panic. Play just 3 cards and pass. You can comfortably defend Round 2 with Sove and Triss alone, then take a long Round 3 on your terms.

Djenge Frett pairs beautifully with Renfri's Gang for extra value, and Mask of Uroboros gives you nice tempo when you need it.

This deck rewards patience and knowing when to commit. Once it clicks, it feels absolutely unstoppable.

Anna Henrietta – Powerful design that's still too expensive for the payoff.

Geralt: Aard – Interesting control option that rarely justifies its cost..

Mercenary Contract – Has archetype potential but is consistently edged out by more efficient options.

Power Buffs (+1 Power)

Cynthia (Nilfgaard) – Makes her much less punishing to commit.

Blueboy Lugos (Skellige) – Easier to stick without dramatically increasing his ceiling.

Dunca (Scoia'tael) – A small survivability buff helps an underplayed engine.

Provision Nerfs (+1 Provision)

Tainted Ale – A neutral that's simply too efficient across many decks.

Mutagenerator – Still creates too much value relative to its cost when built around.

Temple of Melitele – Extremely high long-term value for its provision investment.

Power Nerfs (-1 Power)

Reaver Scout – Slows snowballing without killing the archetype.

Nauzicaa Sergeant – Reduces early tempo while keeping its role intact.

Borsodi Brothers (whichever one is currently seeing the most competitive play in your meta) – A small tap down rather than a provision hit.

I have a big fan of this game and played it for a while but stopped when CDPR decided to stop supporting it a few years ago.

Im wondering if it's worth getting back into it. Does this game still get support and is the community still engaged?
