iirc in the older versions risky gunplay doubled all damage when below 25% (despite the description saying it does something completely different) and worked with heaven or hell x. Are there any changes to this in trilogy enchanced?

In iX2 normal mode, if you hold both weapon switch buttons and enter the VS mission of any boss, you can fight their hard mode variant without being tied to lives system (just like iX1 where that button combination allowed you to challenge EX bosses of the game). This should have been the first thing Inti mentioned before Darkness Trigger damage increase and iX2's double razor damage after 500 Kudos, but now you guys know

Been a big fan of these games since the first one dropped on 3DS, day 1 buy for me.

I've kept up with the series digitally, but I am a physical collector, and they kind of fell on the wayside for me for a bit. So now I am trying to get all the games, but I am a bit confused by the new ENHANCED TRILOGY and IX DUAL PACK situations.

So I have the Striker Pack on Switch and PS4. I have ASG3 on Switch and PS4. I have Luminious Avenger iX 1 and 2 on Switch and PS4 (the separate carts/discs, not the dual pack.)

Now I find out there is an Enhanced Trilogy for Gunvolt, and a Dual Pack for iX, and I'm interested, but what exactly is "enhanced" and what is just new content?

Are there any real graphical changes, or just increased performance? Are there any new gameplay sections that warrant calling it "new content" that is worth it? I have read that there is some new mode in the Enhanced Trilogy that lets you play as iX and Gunvolt in 3? Is that a lengthy expansion? And only available in the new Trilogy?

And is there any such content in the iX Dual Pack, or is that truly just a collection of the 2 games on a single cart/disc?

Finally, platforms! I have even read that one platform has content that another doesn't? Something about cut content from a Switch version of one of the games?

AND FINALLY, on PLATFORMS AGAIN. I know iX 3 is going to be only on Switch 2, not Switch 1. I see that the Enhanced Trilogy is already release, but is getting a Switch 2 version? Is that coming out physically, in english, or should I import, and does anyone know if the imports have multi-language/can be played in english?

I was searching for a similar game to Megaman ZX. first i tried Azura striker 1, but i didn't like the fight system about tag with gun and then activate the skill

so i tried iX and it felt better, i like very much the fast paced action. But it's too "easy" but still feel that I'm missing something. i just go flying with the air dash enemy to enemy with the gun always pressed. And in the boss fights i just try to dodge (mostly i fail) and press down-down to recover invulnerability while i keep gun pressed and spam skills

I don't know why sometimes i die and some fairy revives me and idk what changes in that moment. maybe that's "overdrive" mode? idk what that's is neither. Maybe all of that is explained in the original trilogy

I'm a longtime Mega Man X (a lot more than regular Megaman), and really digged Gravity Circuit as well. Which Gunvolt games should I play - the Chronicles or the Azure Striker?

Hello once again, today's showcase is about one of the most technical stages in iX1, Isola's. First half is pretty basic, and even then provides decent challenge to optimize in terms of speed. Second half is one of the most difficult portions in the game to do well, where even its Special Mission version is considerably easier.

I did iX1 runs before but they were somewhat unoptimized, which also cut down the difficulty by a significant margin. Now that I aimed to get only aerial EXes, I had to switch weapons instead of just using Orbital Edge due to its collateral. The alarm room and the last portion of the stage are often run breakers because of how bad they are. The former showed me that switching to a fully charged weapon won't immediately give you Flashfield, only after a slight delay, and with those missile drones it's especially annoying. The platform climb is also very annoying because it severely limits your movement zone while you have to deal with homing cannons and timer enemies, which makes it very difficult to speed clear.

Isola is basic for the most part, but it's not hard to imagine flubbing the run to her due to nerves. I could have probably obtained sub 4 time if I used rising cyclone during her SP and tagged her again to bring to low HP, but I'm very satisfied with 1.9+ mil score I got, so I'll take what I get. I'm almost done with rerecording all iX1 missions, and while I still think the EX weapon set here is the weakest, I'll admit it's got a lot more use than I thought.

I've been trying to get a read on how this game plays, but I don't quite understand. I can barely find any videos of Gal*Gunvolt Burst. The vast majority of videos I see are for Mighty Gunvolt Burst.

How does Gal*Gunvolt Burst play? And is it hard?

iX1 feels mostly the same except for Copen's regular shot doing more damage during Darkness Trigger (I think?) and I think iX2 Copen feels a bit faster in general and he gets a buff when at 500 Kudos, but I'd like to know the specifics.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I have tried just doing boss rushes and finishing the fight with a skill for the +1000 kudos, I've tried farming the stages with Heaven or Hell X up to 1,200 kudos, check point/skill to bank them and nothing. Can I not die? Can I not unequip Heaven or Hell X? Can I not retry? Do boss kudos work? What do I have to do!! How can i complete this challenge??

The description says it has Gunvolt trilogy enhanced and Gunvolt 1 and 2, but the pictures and items in the bundle are ix?

I want to know because i have only ix1, and ix2 is currently on discount, so I wonder if it will be worth it buy ix2 and after that buy Dual Collection.

So I’ve came up with a bunch of wonders for the next Luminous avenger game- despite me being slightly less knowledgeable about the series than Gunvolt- I do wonder if the next batch of bosses from that game will have septimas related to the bosses in the second Gunvolt game- like descendants of some sort since Everyone from the second game wouldnt need to form Eden and probably maybe lived since humans went nearly extinct- i hon think it’d be cool- like a boss with a kind of digi septima similar to teseo- or at least they reintro the fairytale boss themes- that was sick.
