I mean, the Empire has more demi humans like cat-girls, Medusa, warrior-bunny, elves, goblins, winged humanoids and etc. Those Napoleonic era soldiers might fall in a attractive way, example of characters: Sgt. Jean Mart has interest on Cat-girls, or not attractive, some Swedish soldiers swear the elves were their original roots. What do you think?

many things are obviously different from the original Sadera... There is no slavery but... the imperial system has been replaced by an authoritarian dictatorship... And they didn't massacre the civilians right after coming through the gate... they'll do that when they start losing ground and getting pushed back... they'll do it in retaliation....

...and in true dictatorial style in an attempt to regain ground before being repelled... they will likely use chemical weapons indiscriminately....

Naturally the first ones to pass through the gate are dressed in a somewhat medieval style because no one knew where—or to what time—it led... the subsequent waves for the start of the invasion are dressed and equipped in standard military gear...

Before I forget... speaking of a certain girl... Pina... don't expect her to be the same as the original girl... power and money corrupt... especially if you were born the daughter of a dictator... who probably taught you to be as brutal as he is....

Alright, so I know shit for dick about logistics meaning I'll probably miss or get some things wrong but screw it:

Okay, so let's talk about the Gate itself. Things 52 meters tall and wide according to google so the biggest question one can ask here is how the fuck are the Imperials going to waltz in 100k men to invade before the jsdf or United States military comes knocking? It takes three hours to travel through the Gate on foot btw. Now I know the Romans were organized and Sadera is a cheap knockoff of them, but at best they're getting like a couple thousand men through the Gate every hour which when considering response time from our side means we'd realistically catch half their army lacking at most. That's not even accounting for horses and wyverns either. They would make things take even longer. They should know how long this would take, because they sent scouts who should have told them about this.

They also need food and lots of it if there are 100k of them. Hundreds of thousands of tons of food would need to cross the Gate every single day. Even a Saderan general who knows nothing about the modern world would completely understand that they are fucked if the Gate gets cut off from them. They had scouts pre invasion which should have and would have told them about how dense the city is if the Saderans weren't baby eating rapist evil ass isekai empire 383992.

Then there's formations which would quickly become impossible to maintain because Ginza is dense as shit. The Romans did actually do smaller group fighting in urban environments so they would have some concept of this, but not to the level of Tokyo, the third largest city in the world. Also, once again, Ginza is packed. Communication would be next to impossible. They should know how impossible this would be given they have fucking scouts who have eyes who should be of sound mind who would tell them how big and dense Ginza alone is just from one goddamned look.

Then there's water which they'd need hundreds of thousands of liters of per day to maintain their army. Horses and wyverns need a lot of that stuff. Where's the water Caesar? All I see is a goddamned concrete jungle. Now, maybe this isn't as bad because a mile or so away from the square there is a river which medieval armies would rely on for a water supply. Even still, what about beyond that? Sadera planned on capturing everything after all. We'd round back around to holding the Gate.

I don't mean to be a George RR Martin, but do you see what I'm talking about? Any realistic medieval general would sooner say "fuck that shit lmao."

Tldr: The Gate is a bottleneck and Sadera is stupid once again, who would've thunk it.

What if the Gate had not only opened in Gotham City, but had opened up on an island where the city locks up its most notorious criminals and deranged minds to supposedly "help cure them".

So what happens when a gate to another world opens up and the Saderan Army rolls up to try and seize the island themselves, being completely unaware of the Pandora’s box they are about to open and have no idea or really, care whatsoever, that this is where some of the most notorious and dangerous supervillains and criminals reside?

Probably seeing the doctors and inmates to kill in their path or as slaves to capture, particularly the super criminals, but this would inevitably lead to complete mayhem and chaos as Sadera causes these villains to escape and run wild. And of course lead to Sadera contending with all sorts of maniacs and monsters, until the GCPD and Batman can get there to address this interdimensional situation before the Saderan army can cause any further destruction and mayhem on the island.

And for simplicity’s sake, let’s go with the Arkham Asylum from The Arkham Batman universe since that is the most iconic version of that place and Batman lore as a whole.

Thus if the Saderan’s find the Titan chemical, let alone the formula notes or capture Doctor Young…then that may lead to a rather disastrous situation if Sadera gets their hands on that mutagenic steroid.

I do not know if this has been asked before, but who would actually respond to the invasion and launch expeditions through the Gate? Would it be the countries closest to it, or would an international task force organized by the UN take charge?

Speaking of which, would anyone even be harmed by the initial invasion if the Gate opened in one of these territories, considering that barely anyone lives there? Could the environment itself be enough to force the Empire to retreat, since from their perspective there would be nothing worth conquering due to the sheer distance from any settlements? How long would it take for us to notice their presence and realize that they are hostile?

There is also the legal question surrounding any subsequent war. If the Empire never managed to harm anyone on Earth and was instead forced to retreat and barricade its side of the Gate, what would justify our response? If we sent an expedition to investigate and they reacted with hostility, it could make us appear to be the invaders. Public support for a war against Falmart would likely be highly controversial, as our side would have suffered no casualties or damage, while the natives would simply be attacking us because they believe we are invading their world.

When we inevitably respond with overwhelming force, a full-scale war would still be difficult to justify. Many would argue that the Empire failed to cause any harm before retreating, making military intervention seem unnecessary or excessive.

That's right, the entire community of Wayward outpost is dropped into the Gate Side.

What do you think would happen with their small crippling numbers.
