Yep. My former city had a seniors complex high rise right next to a funeral parlor and within five blocks of two others.

There was a strip mall that was next to my old house that had a thrift store, an adult daycare center, and a crematorium all next to each other. One stop shopping for your end of life care.

The previous town I lived in had an active Senior Center where they had bingo, dancing, etc. Right next to it was assisted living & hospice, and across the street was the County cemetery.
