The F-28 is quite an oldie in the FAA, and was surprised to have found it on FR24.

SO anyways a lot of the deals and military equipment gets leased out through shell companies owned by the government. (back door deals = more money + govt funding + partnerships/deals with allied nations and corporations)

i live by a private airport which serves as a drop/fuel station. Anyways. a lot of these planes have been shipped out to various countries for war purposes. many of the planes come from all over the country, they’re usually older fighter jets or jets in need of repair. so the US will provide these planes albeit cheaper than their worth, but in exchange for war support, it levels out compared to repair and labour costs in the US, so i can appreciate the tax breaks for us at least in that regard lol.

It’s interesting to note the condition, models, & specs for these planes.
Most of them are older like i said, however lately i’ve been seeing a lot of older DC91 cargo planes coming into the drop stations for these deals.
(again i live nearby so im always intrigued when a plane sounds unfamiliar)

Thought it was an interesting change since i’ve only noticed fighter jets prior.

these planes are absolute beasts but they’re on their last legs too. do you think it’s just the US providing cheap cargo planes for warcraft transport for allies? or do we think it’s more for parts and decoy set up plans?

i have 0 knowledge of any of this stuff. just observations and curiosity !
