To grow thicker eyebrows is the ordinary multipeptide lash and brow serum better or castor oil and can i stop using either when i have my preferred results without hair loss

This is my natural eyebrows, sparse, and kind of has a shape that goes down. When I fill it, it’s so obviously drawn. What products should I use? Should I get it done with some nano blading or something? Should I grow it out with some serum? Idk what but I just don’t really like the shape.

So I'm 25F and since I was a kid I've always had issues with picking or pulling that usually come and go. As of last year, I've developed this habit of rubbing/scratching my eyebrows while I work or doing anything that requires focus like driving. I've always had thick eyebrows and gotten compliments on them, so this new habit has really been a blow to self confidence. Sometimes I draw on my eyebrows or put an eyebrow gel on and someone still manage to scratch it off by the end of the day. I do have ADHD and started Adderall last year, so I don't know if that has something to do with it. I've been applying stuff like castor oil or minoxidil but I'm sure whatever growth I'm having is just getting rubbed off.

I haven't found anything that really replaces the sensation since the parts that I've rubbed off our basically stubble now. If anyone has anything that helped them please let me know! I'm desperate and miss my naturally full eyebrows :(

l used to have very bushy, thick eyebrows (probably more than twice the size of my current brows), and I basically struggled with them my whole life. I started thinning them out with eyebrow razors, and then I switched to tweezers. Unfortunately, it left me with this weird gray area under my brows. Apparently it's called a 5 o'clock shadow?

I'm not sure if I should grow them out because I have no idea how I'm supposed to do that and still go out every day. Also, my face is very round, so I don't know if thick brows would even suit me.

Is there any way to get rid of that shadow, or should I just grow my brows out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! :(

ive always hated my eyebrows they feel way too big for my eyes and are always the focus point of my face. i can kind of disguise them when i do makeup but a majority of the time i look so ugly and it upsets me, what can i do with them??

My eyebrows don't start exactly where they should, have some bald sposts despite never having plucked them and they curl a little too
