Discreetle and Blendinsect are my idea for an early game Normal/Bug type line set in a big city region. Descriptions below:
Discreetle
It has adapted to camouflaging itself in an urban environment. It tries its best to hide from predators like Gumshoos, but hiding only makes it more enticing to chase.
Blendinsect
It has perfected its disguise and now it can walk through a crowded street with ease, though it still prefers to lurk in back alleys. If a human confronts it it becomes very flustered and scatters.

Desquilex (Dementor + mosquito + Calex pipiens)
I've always wanted to created a pokémon based on the London underground mosquito. For context, there was a myth that it evolved in the tunnels of London's underground railway system. The myth that it evolved there has been debunked, but it's still cool to think about it.
I wanted it to be a cave-dwelling pokémon, looking mysterious and wispy, and it has this glowing eyes. Then my sketch reminded me of a Dementor. So I removed the eyes and gave it this whole Dementor vibe, which make sense coz Dementors also suck the happiness out of people.
A group of them would be haunting tunnels, waiting for trains filled with people and pokemon to feed upon. I'm thinking of giving it an ability or a signature move that drops a pokemon's happiness to zero.

The first few images are of the pseudo legendary Pokemon for my region “skorav” which is based off of Russia. And the last two are my concepts for the evolution of a regional tandemaus with the first being the old design.

Glaciost & Saberrime
When enough kids wish something existed bad enough, and that thing wishes it existed too, you get the egregore called Glaciost. It's the manifestation of the will to survive. Originally descended from the same line of large felinid-like pokemon that eventually branched into the species that became Raikou, this pokemon went extinct long before any substantial changes were made to it's fellow members of it's lineage. When kids read about prehistoric pokemon, such as Shieldon, Arhceops, or Aerodactyl, they often find themselves fond of Glaciost and Saberrime. Glaciost is not one to be left out. It manifested itself back into existence and now occupies the snowy mountains and icy caves of the world.
- Intended to be a ghostly wall that can chip away at the enemy while the user figures out what to do. Though by the time Saberrime is fully grown, it could definitely find it's way into an E4 lineup if paired with the right mons.
If you happen to be a fangame dev and wanna use it, the link for the sprites, pbs file, and design doc is on this page

Widely considered a major antagonist and competitor to Armaldo, Mendraking was a dangerous predator of the Spiculan Period seas. It is now widely believed by PokéPaleontologists that Armaldo's vaunted plate armor was a co-evolutionary response to attacks from Mendraking's three head-like appendages, each armed with jagged edges and two ocelli. Three true eyes surround what appears to be Mendraking's body, but actually form a crown on its head, giving it 360-degree vision. On what was originally believed to be its stomach, a mouth is fed by the three appendages, which hold fast onto food. The wings on Mendraking's back are used for swimming through the water, which it would rarely leave. While the coastlines and Armaldo's domain, the shallow seas and waters belong to Mendraking.
Modern observations show that Mendraking was likely an apex predator, feeding on a variety of Pokémon. However, like its own pre-evolution and Anorith, it struggles to survive in the chemical composition of modern oceans, likely due to a higher content of oxygen and other anthropogenic chemical changes. Likely, Armaldo's surperiority comes from the evolution of book lungs, allowing its descendants to evolve from modern Bug-type lineages, where Mendraking's Bug- or Dragon-type descendants may have stayed aquatic.
Inspirations: Armaldo, dinocarididans, Opabinia, King Ghidorah
Back, with the evolution to Pseudracith! Not sure what people may have been expecting with this one, but you may have seen in the Inspiration section that there was one particular inspiration for this design. I'm not the biggest kaiju person, but I've seen my share of the classic Godzilla fare. And for whatever reason, Armaldo has always reminded me of Godzilla! Maybe it's the kinda dumpy appearance in his stature? But when I was set to come up with a rival to Armaldo, I never had a doubt in my mind that it was going to be inspired by Monster Zero, the Devil with Three Heads, the Death Song and False King himself, King Ghidorah, the Three-headed Monster! Couldn't resist, what can I say? So, with that, here's the evolution to Pseudracith: a big old Dragon-Bug with three "heads"! Honestly, I just had fun with this design, so take from that what you will. Next time, we dip into a particular mechanic in Pokémon: Paradox Pokemon. Maybe. You'll see. Stay tuned!

Somewhat inspired by the Green lynx spider IRL, which has a pattern similar to watermelons. So I figured, why not make one that can legit disguise as one? Well there ya go.
Melontula often hides in disguise among fruit piles to hunt, using its sweet scent to attract insects and whatnot. When threatened, it can bite with its strong fangs, or Rollout in ball form.
It doesn't weave webs often, but the silk can be eaten like candy floss.
Signature Ability: Fruit Trap - Basically Cute Charm with a lower proc rate (maybe 20% or something), but works on any gender

Dex entry: Trikoko hides in the woods, pretending to be a trickster. But it can sometimes reveal the truth to other Pokemon, then pounce on them. It's body is made of spiky grass that surrounds the Pokemon for protection. Due to its scariness, it disguises itself as a coconut, however no one knows where the costume came from.

Despite being starters, not all of them from every region are lucky enough to get Mega Evolutions as Typhlosion was the first listed in the National Dex to lack a Mega Evolution so Torterra is the first Grass starter that lacks a Mega Evolution so I'm making sure every starter doesn't get left out when designing fan-made Mega(s). Torterra is a Grass/Ground with three regular weaknesses to Bug, Flying and Fire and a 4 times weakness to Ice and only resists both Rock and Ground and grants an immunity to Electric. I'm making Mega Torterra a all-around defensive with physical firepower backed up with Shell Smash and strong attacks. Mega Torterra gets +35 increase to Attack, Defense and Special Defense while -35 from its Special Attack and +30 to its Speed to allow easy Shell Smash sweeping.
Mega Torterra's Ability will be Solid Rock which is perfect for a Pokemon with good defensive stats and access to recovery like for example Synthesis. Solid Rock decreases super effective damage by 25% which Torterra is able to take some hits before setting up with Shell Smash and all Mega Torterra can dish out damage with Wood Hammer or Headlong Rush/Earthquake.
Pokedex Entry:
"The result of Mega Evolution will result in Torterra being mistaken for a living jungle with emerald crystal shards glowing a green light after consumed with photosynthesis."
Pokemon is owned by Nintendo and Game Freak, fanart is owned by me.

I know Galarian Stunfisk exists and I love its design, but I wanted to make my own bear trap fakemon.
I had made up my mind to merge it with an American black bear. It's funny that while I was in the process of drafting its design, I came across a random video about “stupid deaths” and one of those was of a man who mistook a sleeping black bear for a dead one. The man is said to start stabbing/cutting the bear's flesh, thinking he got a free prize. Until the bear woke up and ended up killing the man. (I'm now trying to find that case online, but I can't find it).
Clampub is basically that bear. It lies on the ground all day and only attacks when provoked.
While the evolved form Crunchack is an active hunter.
