Tech Support Facebook Business Account Hijacked. Support’s AI bot claims I can’t do anything since I was not the most recent admin.
Looking for advice on a road forward:
I was Co-Owner on a Business Page and my Co-owner was hacked. The hacker removed me as admin and then subsequently got the other persons account permanently disabled. This new person has control of the Page now.
I attempted to use the recovery tools on Facebook business but since I can not select the asset the automatic system will not let me progress to a support ticket. I have my documentation prepared to show ownership of the page, but am physically blocked by the AI assistant running me in circles and the system not recognizing me as the most recent admin. The second step of the process is greyed out until I can select the page.
On the alternative recovery method to skip asset selection I can not select the business page since the Co-owner was removed after I was, so I’m not the most recently removed admin (according to the support AI bot)
Any advice would be amazing.

My Facebook account was disabled, just like in the screenshot.
I had several Facebook accounts logged in on the same device.
I can't access this account at all. At first, Facebook asked me to verify my identity and complete a selfie verification.
I completed both successfully, but after that, the account was permanently disabled.
Unfortunately, I don't have the Meta Verified free trial option showing on my Instagram account.
My Instagram account is working normally.
It uses the same email address as my Facebook account.
But I have no idea what I should do.

Tech Support My small nonprofit cant tag followers or top fans of our Facebook page
I help run a small nonprofit. Recently, our storage unit was recently robbed and I am trying to do a fundraiser on our Facebook page which has ~130,000 followers. But I am unable to tag followers or top fans.
I really don't use those tags very often. Once in a blue moon I tag top fans to talk about issues relating to the community, but that' maybe 2-3 times a year. I have tried all sorts of remedies found on the web. Clearing the phone app's storage/cache. Trying to post from the Meta Business app. Posting from the desktop.
None of them seem to work.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate it. We are trying to replace out equipment and I'd like to be able to address my community a little more effectively.

Discussion Has anyone used the paid for check mark? I was suspended for a comment that did not technically violate the rules I was flagged for violating.
Recently I made a comment on a popular page that was deleted out of context. Should I have said it? I dunno…. People are talking about WAY worse stuff on other pages to way more extremes…. But I commented “Meth is a hell of a drug” and got flagged from promoting highly addictive dangerous drugs. They deleted my post, took away my monetization, suspended my account for 30 days. I of course tried to appeal it, but I clicked “Important issue “ vs “ it was a joke”, which still doesn’t account for the system getting it wrong. The upheld the decision and then the system was broken so I couldn’t send to the oversite board …. Which also says that they wont overturn anything, just use your info to make the system better. I have crawled through all the rules and community standards and based on there own rules I didnt violate the rules.
I waited my 30 days and my account is still at risk, I can now go live, answer calls, and whatever, but I am still restricted, at risk, and monetization suspended with a “You cant earn” message. When I click on “fix my issues” i get a “you didn’t follow the rules” message. If I dig deep enough it takes me to the comment that has been removed…. While everything else says my account is in good standing.
I hate this.
Does paying for the checkmark do ANYTHING if I send in a support request? I find it absolutely disgusting that I cant talk to a single human about this type of thing. I find it disgusting that out of all the years and hours of content and such with no issue I cant talk to a human ONE time to look into this.

Discussion Facebook permanently disabled my account immediately after video verification. Any suggestions?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice because I'm honestly confused about what happened.
I've been using my Facebook account normally for years on the same devices and from the same location. One morning, when I opened the app, Facebook asked me to complete a video selfie verification. I completed the verification successfully, but instead of restoring access, I immediately received a notification saying my account had been permanently disabled.
I haven't received a clear explanation of what policy I supposedly violated. I've already submitted the official appeal and provided the requested verification, but I'm not sure what else I can do.
Has anyone experienced something similar where an account was permanently disabled right after completing the video verification? If so:
- Were you able to recover your account?
- How long did the review take?
- Is there any legitimate way to contact Meta beyond the standard appeal form?
I'm not looking for account recovery services or paid "hackers"—just genuine advice from people who've gone through this.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Discussion When do I get the monetization challenge? Or invite? Just says I’m on the waitlist.
I created my page around 90 days ago and recently started posting reels everyday, I got lucky and racked up 10M+ views in the last 7 days and 24k subscribers. I see a lot of people talking about the 300k challenge they got to unlock it, but mine just shows I’m on the waitlist.

Discussion question about Anonymous viewer in Facebook as its very odd and confusing
I remember there was an update on Facebook a while back where people said you could see who viewed your profile, even if they weren't on your friends list.
As you can see here, it looks like someone viewed my profile anonymously. Is this actually a Facebook feature now, or am I misunderstanding what I'm seeing?
Has anyone else encountered this or know how it works?

Tech Support Why does this keep happening in a facebook group comments? It will not display them all.
For the second time in a public group I recently joined, the counter of comments shows more comments than are displayed.
I selected "all comments" as you can see. I even sent the link to my SO's to see what else was said from their account, and they see the same comments as I do. Last time it showed 4 comments and I could only read one.
How do I see them all? I was requesting some information so it would be great to actually read all responses...

Tech Support My photos are gone, is this happening to anyone else? Any solutions?
Is this happening to anyone else? Several of my photos are just gone. It’s consistent across the mobile app and the website on my laptop viewed through Chrome. I’m kicking myself because I knew I needed to download my photos ever since I was wrongfully banned from Marketplace back in March 😭 I’ve lost some irreplaceable photos, like the only copy of the only photo I had of two of my ducks…

Disabled/hacked Facebook suddenly terminated my account but got it back after 28 days
About 28 days ago, my Facebook account was suddenly terminated out of nowhere. I had no idea what caused it, so I created another account. It was fine for a few weeks, but yesterday that account got terminated too.
As soon as it happened, I submitted an appeal and followed every step carefully. I made sure I had a stable internet connection since you only get one chance to complete the appeal. After waiting a couple of days, BAM, my account was restored.
Later, I found out someone had tried to log into my Facebook account from a different city using Linux. It looks like Facebook's security system flagged the activity and temporarily disabled my account to protect it from being fully compromised.
One thing that seemed to help was checking my Gmail repeatedly until the appeal option became available. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it might be worth trying if you're in the same situation.
If your account was terminated for no apparent reason, don't lose hope. Submit your appeal carefully, be patient, and keep checking your email. Hopefully this helps someone going through the same thing.
(note that I'm not completely sure if this applies to everyone but I'm giving you ideas or other alternative of what you can do or what might happend to your account)

Discussion Facebook ai is flagging me for content I would never post, and I'm worried if the AI auto reports you legally
I barely post on Facebook, and for whatever reason I keep getting flagged for outlandish things which I can only guess the AI says are terms of service violations. They never show you the infractions saying they are taken down before you can respond to the evidence against you. Last night I get a message from their AI censors saying 6 years ago I posted something sexualizing a minor. (Which is ridiculous) with no proof to present. I appealed, and was denied 30 seconds later. My question is has anyone else ever been falsely flagged for this by Facebook AI?

Discussion Vulgar AD, Wondering what to do. My kids saw the most disgusting AD on reels
Like the title says, my account was hit with the most disgusting ad while my child was using my phone. It seems to be an Ai app insinuating you can make adult content of people you know with it. the thing is, the content was incredibly vulgar.
This is the content:
A picture of a woman sitting in between two guys. All the sudden the picture animates and the woman becomes fully nude. One of the men on the side began licking the woman up her neck and face, then the other man lifted her breadt and did the same thing. Incredibly vulgar for my young daughter to see. What recourse do I have and how can I contact Facebook about this?
