Headed north out of town just now on I69 and saw a state trooper on the right with their lights on... Just as I was getting over in the left lane to pass him, I noticed him stepping over the guard rail on the side of the road... To go down the embankment, it struck me as odd so I was genuinely curious what he'd be going over the rail and down the embankment for.

I was fortunate to enjoy a morning drive north on Greenriver Rd, with very lil traffic this morning. After dodging all the sunken manhole cover an poorly patched water/sewer patches I was greeted with a RED LIGHT at every single intersection! How I enjoy my Sunday morning drives.

If anyone (noncustodial parent) out there gets divorced involving children, commit to just writing checks for payment, instead of setting up income withholding...if at all possible. For about a half mile area around the Mead Johnson facility on the Lloyd Expressway my radio cuts to straight static on all channels. It makes me nervous thinking about whatever they are sending out and what it is doing to not only me, but also what about all the people who have to work there!

32 yo male. My wife and I are new to the area since she's going to be going to U of E for the next couple years. I work from home so there hasn't really been a good way to organically meet people. Was wondering if there were any golf leagues in the area that might be needing the occasional substitute that I could fill in for from time to time?

Full transparency, I'm not good lol, usually shoot around 100 over 18, but I'm not one that gets all bent out of shape if my round is going less than stellar. But would love to get out there, hit a few balls, and maybe meet some cool new people.

Hey neighbors! Husband and I are looking at purchasing our first home. Currently looking at one that has been pre inspected before listing by RHI Inspection. Anyone have experience with them and can recommend if we should just request repairs from their inspection, or should we get our own? We previously had made an offer on another house but our inspection came back with issues we couldn’t agree on with the sellers. We previously used Barnett Real Estate Inspections; I had no issues with them but just looking for other opinions. Thanks in advance!

Can anyone tell me how much parking costs in the lot next to Nando’s restaurant? I’m visiting Evansville tomorrow and I know there is free street parking for two hours and a free parking garage (Locust St) but our van has a high clearance so I’d like to avoid the garage. I did find out there is scan and pay to park in that lot but I cannot find the cost or time limit.
