Erectile Dysfunction 29 erection issue. Goes down when standing

Hello everyone, I can’t get an erection while standing up. When I masturbate it’s in flaccid state. To explain better it’s at 3PM position just straight. And even if I’m stimulated it’s never at full erection length. It’s not penetration strength

What I noticed is that I get morning erections and they’re more strong. Not as strong but much stronger. When I masturbate laying down it’s more of a hard erection that’s good for penetration. When but when I get up it’s like a loss of blood supply the erection goes back to the 3pm flaccid erection state.

Hormones, Prolactin, & testesrone are all normal range.

I got a Doppler and it showed arterial insufficiency, no venous leak.

Currently taking 5mg cialis daily sure it helps a bit but the issue is when ready for penetration standing up I can’t get erection stay strong.Even Viagra won’t work tried 100mg before same flaccid state.

Any ideas what can be the issue. Anybody have similiar experience with me ? Anything helped them out?

Erectile Dysfunction How am I possibly supposed to quit corn when

I know I’ll never have a hookup or partner or any type of intimacy because I’m not tall enough or attractive enough (logic>instincts) and I live in a very competitive dating city, so my question is how do I not watch p***? I literally would be sexless for years on end and my hormones go insane. Whenever I do quit which only lasts a couple days I can tell my erection quality is much stronger. But what am I supposed to do being 22 and this horny it’s literally insufferable and honestly it’s just nature. I wish I could be asexual at times to not have to worry about this nonsense. Only reason I want to keep my ED better is in the 1 million chance I end up with a partner or something

Erectile Dysfunction What should I try? Am I cooked?

I am 27m and I can’t remember the last time I had morning wood. At least over a year probably more but I didn’t think much of it and the time has flown by. The eventually the problem became premature ejaculation, okay maybe it’s been a while I’m rusty, but at least I’m getting fully aroused. Now I have a hard time even masturbating. I’ve done it almost daily 5x times a week since I was 13 and now even watching porn it’s hard for me to get excited.

I met a new girl and I think this could turn into a relationship but then it happened. We tried to have sex twice now and both times I can’t get fully erect. It’s embarrassing and sad. I’m into it and I want to do it but once it comes time to do the deed I’m only like 50-70% of the way there if I had to guess. I cant even start having sex cause I’m not hard enough. It’s like my mind wants to but my body can’t.

Things that may be causing problems.

Used to masturbate very frequently. Past couple weeks have cut down tremendously with my issues.

Started smoking Weed again which never cause an issue before but now I’m 4 days sober trying to see if that will help.

I haven’t been getting 8 hours of sleep recently but 6+ at least

Diet has changed the past couple months but again problem has been going on for about 2-3 weeks.

I sprained my ankle and stopped going to the gym for the last 2-3 months.

That’s all I can think of that may contribute to that but I’m not sure. What should I try or change? I don’t have health insurance so idk about spending the money to go the doctor for this but should I just bite the bullet? Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you to whoever offers any help

Psychological ED Erections issues due to psychological

I relapsed this week, and it made me realize how much this addiction can consume my thoughts. Because of that, I’m thinking about throwing away the two strokers I recently bought this week when I relapsed

I’m also considering talking with my wife about whether we should stop using vibrators for a while and instead focus on reconnecting with each other physically without relying on toys. My goal isn’t to control what she uses, but to create an environment that helps me break free from this addiction and put more emphasis on intimacy and connection.

Has anyone else gone this route? Did removing toys help your recovery, or did it create other challenges? I’d love to hear your experiences and any advice.

Erectile Dysfunction I’m sure the being on a higher dosage of blood pressure medication is affecting things

Within the past 2 years I’ve noticed a decrease in size and full erection strength. Yes, I have 100mg Viagra and I also have 5mg daily Cialis. I take Viagra when I want extra strength. Cialis I take daily.

I’m currently on a 320mg of a certain bp med and I’m trying to get that dosage down to 160mg. I truly think being on a higher dosage is having an affect on size and having the ability to have sold natural erections. I want my size and I want to get off erection meds if possible. I’m early 50’s. Anyone going through this?

Discouraged Firmtech, most pumps, and other tools only for average-sized men

It's frustrating how uncommon tools for men with above-average equipment are. For instance, I just heard about the Firmtech, a few minutes ago, from recommendations here.

So, I went to their site and Amazon page to discover that they have something like a 1.77" diameter restriction. Well, that'd never begin to work for me.

Are there similar alternative nocturnal sensor tools?

99.99% of pumps on Amazon wouldn't fit me, and I prefer most of their designs to my old school tube, which I ordered from Vacutech, years ago, which they custom made for me. It connects to a separate pump, and it's not nearly as cool as the ones on Amazon that have the pumps that are integrated into a tube.

Also, the upcoming Vertica device likely won't fit me.

Oh, well.

No, I'm not humble bragging. It's just frustrating to miss out on so many tools that could benefit me.

This is just about supply and demand, just like my struggle to find shoes that fit my oddly-shaped feet.

ED and porn Just curious. Is excess porn the core reason for ED and PE?

I think it's just because of porn.

What do you think?

Psychological ED Masturbation works fine, can't stay hard during sex though...

Hi there. M27 here with a problem that's giving me some serious anxiety, to be honest.

I've never had a girlfriend before and never had any sexual experience other than masturbation. This year, though, I got really lucky and met an amazing girl. I love and adore her, and I honestly think she's gorgeous.

We're sexually active and do a lot of intimate things that we both enjoy. I get seriously hard, and I often preejaculate just from kissing or foreplay. But when it's actually time to have sex, everything seems to change.

As soon as we start penetration, my erection usually starts fading. I can rarely stay hard for more than a minute or two. After that, it's pretty much gone, and I have to get myself hard again with my own hand.

The first time it happened was actually my first time ever having sex. I was rock hard, she got on top, everything felt good. It definitely felt different than I expected, but in a good way. Then after a minute or two, I noticed myself getting softer. I panicked and tried to play it off by pretending I was pulling out because I didn't want to finish too quickly. Of course she noticed what was actually happening.

Ever since then, it's happened more and more. Now, every time we get intimate, I have this constant thought in the back of my head that I won't be able to stay hard or give her the pleasure that both of us want. It feels like the more I worry about it, the more likely it is to happen.

The last time it happened, we talked about it. I told her about the pressure I feel in my head whenever we have sex. She's been incredibly supportive, but I can tell she's worried that it might be because of her, or that I don't find her attractive. That's absolutely not the case. She's beautiful, she's lovely, she's hot. I get hard and even preejaculate just from her touching me through my jeans or kissing me.

One thing that really confused me happened when she was masturbating me. I was hard at first, but while she was doing it, I went soft. That just made no sense to me. I have no problem getting and staying hard when I masturbate by myself, so why does it happen with her?

Is this common? Could there be something physically wrong with me, or does this sound more like a mental thing? Is there anything I can do?

FYI: Morningwood, Masturbation (although i try not to do it anymore), getting him hard on my own works.

Psychological ED DE recovery for inhibited orgasm.

I’ve suffered from DE for at least 15 years. Even when I was young it would happen especially with a very beautiful woman. Usually went away after happening once per person. Then 15 years ago it started up 50% of the time. When it would happen I’d jerk off and finish in my wife’s mouth. I got a penile implant at 67 and the night before my operation was the last time I was able to finish with oral. My libido stayed pretty high and my wife’s disappeared. I read an article about abstinence from porn (which got frequent) and masturbating, which I did once a night. Went on vacation in February and came 3x nights in a row
PIV. Then I became able to come from bj’s 5 out of the last 6 tries. I’m elated because I’m partial to oral sex but don’t want to jinx myself lol. I broke down the only night I couldn’t finish with her (I faked an orgasm because I don’t want to discourage her lol). I used a fleshlight and watched a homemade video and was able to finish fine. So it’s in my head and the lack of sensation after my operations. Well that seems to have finally returned.

The only thing I do different is injecting 3mg of PT141 (wonder peptide) and a RUGIET troche. I take a lot of meds for my heart failure and blood pressure. . I take two depression meds. I’m able to finish with no problem.

In conclusion refraining from PIED works for me. It’s tough. I’m
71 and an old horny goat most days, but the anticipation of my next night of sex with my wife is fortifying my resolve.

Erectile Dysfunction ED after 20 days: High prolactin, Grade 3 varicocele, or medication?

Hi everyone,

I'm a 24-year-old male and I'm really struggling to figure out what's causing my erectile dysfunction.

About 20 days ago, it started with delayed and weak erections. Over the last couple of weeks, it has progressed to the point where I have very weak erections and almost no libido at all. I still get some morning erections, but sexual desire is almost completely gone.

I have OCD and I'm currently taking:

Clomipramine (for OCD)

Risperidone

My recent blood tests showed:

Prolactin: 59.5 ng/mL (about 3 times the upper limit of normal)

Total testosterone: 319 ng/dL (within the lab's normal range but on the lower side)

I was also recently diagnosed with bilateral Grade 3 varicocele on ultrasound.

I'm confused because I don't know what is actually causing my ED:

Is it the medications?

Is it the very high prolactin?

Is it the Grade 3 varicocele?

Or is it a combination of all of these?

If the medications are the main cause, I'm hoping my sexual function will improve after working with my psychiatrist to adjust or eventually stop them if appropriate.

If the varicocele is contributing, I'm not sure whether I should consider surgery.

I'm hoping to hear from people who have had similar experiences:

Did anyone with a Grade 3 varicocele have erectile dysfunction that improved after varicocele surgery or embolization?

Has anyone's ED improved without varicocele surgery?

Has anyone had ED mainly because of high prolactin from risperidone or other psychiatric medications, and did it improve after lowering prolactin or changing medications?

I'm looking for personal experiences because I'm feeling very confused right now. I know everyone's situation is different, but hearing what others went through would really help.

Thank you.

Psychological ED NEED ADVICE: Struggling with ED/arousal because of weird masturbation (first time sex)

Hey guys, posting this because I'm kind of freaking out and really need some advice.

I (M, early 20s, heterosexual) recently got into my first real relationship with a girl I'm actually super into. I've had some minor stuff before, but never actual sex.

Since we started trying to hook up, I've run into a massive roadblock. Basically, a few things are going on:

  • My brain is wired to a fetish: Like 95% of how I get aroused—and 100% of how I finish—is tied to a very specific, niche fetish that doesn't really translate to real life. When I'm with her, I just can't get fully into it mentally because my brain is so used to that specific trigger.
  • The "death grip" problem: My solo habits totally messed me up. I've always used a tight grip and chased a quick, high-dopamine spike. I could easily finish even without being fully hard, so I never had to learn how to actually maintain an erection. Real sex takes a totally different kind of stamina that my body isn't used to.
  • The abstinence trap: Sometimes, if I haven't jerked off in a few days, my dick is actually extra soft. I can't even get fully hard when I masturbate before finishing. Ironically, taking a break actually makes it harder for me to get erect, which obviously becomes a huge issue when trying to have real sex.
  • The round two trick: On the flip side, I've noticed it's way easier for me to get fully hard and stay hard if it's my second time masturbating in a day, instead of the first.

I really want to fix this and actually be able to have sex with my partner. If anyone has dealt with something similar—breaking away from fetish conditioning, fixing grip issues, or dealing with this weird sensitivity/softness thing after taking a break—how did you fix it?

Appreciate any advice.
