Im a new player (literally started like three days ago) and thought that my notes making no sound was intentional till i saw other people’s gameplays and was really upset about this stupid bug
I literally feel like it’s unplayable now+ the fact that i cant stop mid live, what if i missed and didn’t want to spend my energy on a lost combo?
im aware that i joined this fandom during a dead era but im really enjoying it and don’t want these minor issues to stop me from experiencing the game (the notes thing isnt a minor issue it’s really frustrating and i cant play without it tbh) plz help

So I just finished reading the Sakura Festival story and it was pretty bittersweet. There's some funny moments (like Subaru wanting to strip naked XD), sad moments (he was an outcast), and sweet moments (the picnic with Adonis and Souma, Shinobu wanting to help Mao find Subaru, and Subaru joining Trickstar in their performance for SakuraFES).

I do think the whole "Subaru was an outcast in his first year at Yumenosaki" can be seen as much harsher in hindsight now that we know the full context of the War with all of the ! era Reminiscence stories and Altered in !! era being out for a while now (as well as knowing what happened to Subaru's dad)!

been working on this song master list for the past couple days and was told to post it on here in case anyone could use it!

basically, all the main units are organized alphabetically and color coded. in each unit, they have the 2 main albums, and any other new song released organized by date of release. (additionally, when units change leaders, that is reflected)

extra content like shuffle units, cover songs, fusion songs are grouped by album (if they have an album), other wise miscellaneous solo songs are their own album. if a extra song has a designated names group, you can find that in column b, otherwise it’s labeled under “various”

everything is in english just for ease of use, including group names, song names, and character names for the members in each unit!

i included a download status just so i can keep track of what i have downloaded but its easy to ignore if you don’t want that feature :)

oh ALSO the only songs i didnt include on purpose are the anniversary songs just because its kinda tedious to log the same song like 15 times

While I was in the shower, I had a random thought: What if Godfather stayed alive and successful?

If Godfather did, it would've really changed the impact of the story

Here are some extra questions that could go with it:

• What if Subaru's father never got into a scandal?
• What if Nagisa still stayed with Godfather and his affiliates?

Eventually Godfather has to die sometime, but what if his legacy wasn't controversial or taboo? What if Nagisa became the next big idol and took Godfather's place, just like how Godfather wanted it to be?

I'll go first! (I decided to rank these):

1. LIMIT BREAK DREAMERS (9th anniversary): I love this song to pieces! The combination of the melody and the lyrics talking about facing challenges really tug at my heartstrings~~~~ (in C Major)
2. FUSIONIC STARS (6th anniversary): Overall a really fun song and love the different genre changes according to each unit at the last chorus! (in C Major)
3. One With One (8th anniversary): The melody is cute and the theme for the MV is fun with three versions of fanservice you can choose from! (in C Major - It's probably not a coincidence, I LOVE Enstars songs in C Major, i.e. Fighting Dreamer, Kiseki, OVERFLOW LIGHT UP, etc.)
4. BRIGHTEST STARS (10th anniversary): The song grew on me over time. I always get pumped up with excitement when I hear the song!
5. Surprising Thanks (7th anniversary): Another great and fun song. I LOVE the concept of the MV, especially for an f2p player as myself! (I get to see my oshis in outfits I don’t own) ^_^
6. Walk With Your Smile (5th anniversary): My favorite part of the song is the prechorus! The melody there is beautifully written!
7. Call Your Name (11th anniversary): Nothing against it, I like it actually! Just prefer the other six above.

I didn't read the Unbalanced Triangle event (because I don't know Japanese _(:3」∠)_)

But I know it ended BADLY (especially for Knights and Izuleo <\3)

I have a feeling the next event is going to focus on Ritsu (?). (It's almost 6 years since he had a song as the centerpiece) And he's almost always the "peacemaker" of Knights (along with Arashi, sometimes).

In Euthanasia he did everything he could to preserve them, even if he felt ill; it would be great to see him give it his all again 😭

So... I love a lot of the canon unit outfits, but some are at least... debatable, right?

I admit I'm playing ESM!!, so if there have been changes recently in the classical unit outfits, I'm not aware of them. However, I've seen no changes at watching the new MVs on yt, so I suppose they've stayed more or less the same.

Now, time of truth: for me, they must absolutely change the hideous unit outfits of Switch. This aggressive combination of white and green (and let me tell you that I love green, it's my favorite color, but not this one) with sharp angles suits neither Natsume nor Sora nor Tsumugi.

And if I get a second outfit to change, it would be CrazyB's. Seriously, it looks like they're in their pajamas 😄 Isn't it a bit damaging to their bad boys image? 🤔

people seemed to like the fake mv screenshots i posted of my enstars oc Yukiko, so ive decided to share some more art of him!! ive only made a mock anime-style reference sheet and a standing sprite of Yukiko next to his upperclassman, Isao (they had a unit together in the past called BlueRose which im so excited to design a unit outfit for since i plan for it to be royal blue light victorian/royal themed)

i'd love to make more but the enstars art style takes like 4x as long as my regular art style since im more used to drawing in a cartoonish pastel style (also the reason why i SO BADLY wanna share my enstars art but my main art account is in such a different style that it would clash and ruin account aesthetics) BUT its been super fun studying the style and replicating it myself!!

i so badly wanna have enough enstars-style art to make a mock wiki page for yukiko and isao on toyhouse so things like work chibis, cards, etc but that'll probably take a good while to build up to </3
