Since people want people to park so perfectly im sure they would have no issue paying for the damage they caused.

I stayed at Ibis styles heathrow bath road from 11.40am to 5.20pm, i forgot to register my vehicle on enterance but registered on exit and paid £8. The barrier did open. I wouldnt get a PCN would i? On Wednesday 8th July
