I really got inspired by corals and now I am making this blue-themed design.

I have no idea how this joke came about or how my dragon got into this situation, but I find it hilarious.
A silly sticker made by the wonderful u/Andmesy
The golden dragon in the collar owned by me.

I just had to draw Aurora, my favorite side character from Book 16 at some point, and I saw a perfect opportunity to now that her official song had come out. She’s so pretty and I think it’s really cool how she makes music. I thought I would put her flying through her own blue fire and the aurora borealis behind her to be symbolic.

Are these perfect? No. Do I like them? Yes. Will I do a FULL DRAGON FORM of them? YEEEEESSSSSSS (Well, just the portraits; can someone tell me what that would be called? Because these are anthropomorphic versions, how is it called the full animal versions?).
The day a new character of the series appears, I will do them as well... but I don't have high hopes of it happening
Should I ... should I send these to the author of the characters?.... I'm tempted but also so freaking nervous.

I decided to challenge myself and draw my oc from different angles. The first one turned out okay, but I don't like the shading, especially on the wings, and how the legs looked. The second one turned out better, and I even got carried away and added a background. The third drawing I did in paint pens a while later, but I included it so you could see what my oc looks like from a normal angle. My oc is named Skye btw. I'm writing a book about her.

Well...since you all wanted me to keep making more Artfight Attack for Ryukiri, here it is...
Just a regular drawing of Mocha, nothing different...
(At least I live in a different dimension, so Ryukiri will never be able to catch me)
Actually...should I make a Wyven version of all the other Ryukiri OCs?

Like, any other young dragonets I've been around act totally normal. But this one fluffball orange dragonet I've looked after on occasion just acts weirdly. Like, he'll be on the couch grooming himself before he starts looking at his own tail for a few seconds before pouncing at it and just flopping on the floor and then going: "rraaeeæwhh!"
He'll also sometimes just hop onto my bed to just stare at me with his head tilted, for like minutes. Then without warning He'll lunge and nom at me. Trying to get my fingers, snout, ears, horns, side of my head. I'll tell him to stop, but he'll pull his head back and give me this sassy look as if he's saying: "The audacity."
Other times, he'll try and take my food(took half my pizza last month), knock stuff over like vases and such, or will sometimes just be laying on the ground all causally. Until he'll randomly just start pawing and kicking at the air going: "rraaeeæwhh!" Before stopping, getting up and drinking some water like nothing happened. Are some dragons just smooth brained?

Queen Angel is the great Queen Of The Dragons, who's been rulling for nearly a century. Her sisters, Light and Quartz unfortunately were born with no mind of their own, so they aren't fit to share the Queen's crown... Their heads are covered in veils because they are sensitive and calmer in the dark. Oh poor Queen Angel!

This is Eclipse! He is my first ever cardboard dragon hand puppet thing! She is a sun dragon night dragon hybrid(originally supposed to be a nature dragon but I changed his design cause I thought this would be a lot cooler! She turned out a lot better than I thought but his jaw is a bit lopsided(so I made some lore about her if anyone in the comments would like to hear it!) in the end I think I will make more of these! Eclipse was so fun to make and he took me around 3 days! For me the worst part of making her though was cutting out the shape with the cardboard(I ended up adding a paper to cover the cardboard on her face and forehead so he would look better and be easier to paint!)

Royalist vs Parliamentary dragons from the English civil war + the hats that the leaders of each side were known to wear.

Wow, what a journey it has been so far, this has been lovely and thank you to everyone who’s commented giving encouragement and generally interacting.
And as promised I shall reveal the name for the book I’m making that this is all for, that you’re all simply DYING fucking DYING to know, can’t possibly wait any longer, on the edge of your seat!
Yeah the name is “The Heretic Dragon”
I did want to finish the book’s plan on this day, but uhhh, holy fuck I had to make an entire food system that makes sense in universe and come up with a rational series of events for major supply chains breaking down. So yeah it’s going to be a little bit until I can actually finish the plan, but I will let you all know when I actually get to writing the thing.
I want this thing to be big, I’m pouring my heart and sole into it, and I’ve been spying on wings of fire learning everything that people have had issues with (and my own grievances), so I can learn from them and make the best dragon book I can possibly make.
The book isn’t aimed for a younger demographic it’s for teens and older, (by the fact a major recurring theme is suicide, emotional violence and what that does to someone mentally).
My friend a while ago I asked about wings of fire and they said quote “looking back, I really don’t like the protagonists, like I get they’re kids in the first book. Yeah I just kind of grew out of it”
And that really stuck with me, the last thing I possibly want is for someone to say they have grown out of my book, which is why I truely want every character to be as deep and emotionally complex as I humanly can make them. Each of them having evolving characters through the story so they can truly feel alive.
I do hope that you will stick around, to see it come to fruition.
And for anyone who needs to hear it, suicide is never the answer, it’s a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
See you tomorrow.
