Personally, I was a little disappointed that Bai Xiaochun did not become the new Netherworld Emperor, but his disciple Bai Hao. It is simply from what was shown last season, of course I would expect that Xiaochun would become the ruler of the Netherworld.

Aside from that, I am looking forward to the battle between the River Sect and the opposing side. Would a new powerful cultivator with an incredible background (perhaps from Starry Sky) pop out to help them out of the crisis? I know that Xiaochun has just broken through the Nascent Soul Realm, so I am curious to find out whether he will reach an even higher realm by the end of the series?

This man literally slapped the patriarch of an immortal family to death. That's the first in history.

The soundtrack deserves its flowers too. The moment Ye Fan released his pressure on Old Man Wang, that sound effect was insane, completely fresh and unlike anything I've heard in the series before. It made the aura feel so much heavier.

Also... is it just me, or did the animation get another upgrade? The lighting, facial expressions, impact shots, and overall polish looked noticeably better this episode.

And don't even get me started on Ye Fan's simp friend in red. 😂 Bro was down horrendous. When the girl refused to pour him tea, the way he pointed at her almost made me choke from laughing. 🤣 Then this man casually grabbed her hand just so he could "help" pour himself some tea... when we all know he just wanted an excuse to hold her hand. Absolute menace. 💀

Overall, this episode was packed with hype, comedy, incredible sound design, and top-tier animation. Easily one of the most entertaining episodes in a while.

While watching the 100,000 Years of Refining Qi special, during the scene where Xu Yang summons all the disciples, I saw Ye Yu (Dubu Xiaoyao' mc) alongside Xue Yan (the blonde one) and Shi Jingyi (the one with amnesia) and I was wondering what they were doing there. Is this just a easter egg because they come from the same studio, or is there an explanation in the story?

Does the 3D version of legend of xianwu get even half as good as the cartoon/web novel I watched a long time ago or should I not waste my time?

It was one of the first Donghau I watched along with Peerless and I loved both but so far the 3D version is very generic and looks like a cash grab.

So recently I felt like some things weren't included in the donghua, the first one beiso I went back and read a few of the chapters of the recent episodes and quite a few thing were missing. Tho the main one is this bit.

Spoilers ahead, you're warned.

• Wang Lin was supposed to meet Master Flamespark, who is at Nirvana Shatterer stage, just like All-Seer (I think that's the guy he was supposed to meet, I just read the bit of last episode so I'm guessing the guy we saw when MC entered the Thunder celestial realm was master flamespark, the one saying mc and him are fated) So basically he was supposed in simple terms, trap mc, then meet mc, realises that he is the fated guy, and takes his Silver Horned Thunder Beast and then shoot MC in the chest with something to help with his cultivation. This happens right after the part in ep 149 where MC and Li Yuan are crossing the thunder bit, where mc is walking on thunder while the others are on the sword.

I think this bit was pretty important, Idk how this will end up happening if it wasn't shown in the donghua when it was supposed to.

Some other points not as important as the one above

• This was supposed to happen a while ago, like almost 10 eps ago right after 2nd mortal arc ended, MC's Ancient God Body was supposed to end up halfway into 4 stars and we were meant to see MC destroy Blood Anscestor's concubine which was one of MC's aquantainces from planet Suzaku (His home planet) But with this they can probably blend it in the movie so its not that big of a deal.
• Blood ancsestor appearing in the thunder celestial realm, but this is fine since they'll prolly show in the movie when he appears and shi so this one doesn't really matter

So ye overall my main missing bit is the first point, but since the studio has done good until now we'll probably be fine.

No harem, very good graphics, the music (especially the battle one), is very fitting. It has a cute comedy relief "pet friend" and seems good so far. I was done with way of choices so it's nice to see another one after it

In later season of RMJI, Bilibili significantly reduced the number of novel chapters covered per episode compared to the fast-paced first season. Each episode only cover for average 2.5 to 3 chapters of novel. Right now, Donghua is around at chapter 720 on novel. With this incredibly slow pace, It takes 630+ more weeks (which is 12 years) to finish first novel and adding 4 months break per seasons, it would easily reach to 14 years just to finish first novel. For the second novel (true immortal realm), It will take 500+ episodes ( which is 10 years) and adding season breaks, it would easily take nearly 12 years. So, It would take over 26 years from the latest episode to finish the complete story. Finally, adding previous 6 years worth of episodes, It would take total of 32 years long donghua which is totally unacceptable. No one would pay attention to that long. Bilibili should do better and fast pacing for the rest of the story. (eg. 2-3 episodes per week and nearly 20 min length per episode). It is just my thoughts. Feel free to drop your thoughts, folks.

Are there official announcements regarding the season 2 of Yuan Zun (Dragon Prince Yuan)? As for me, the donghua is promising and good. The plot is also nice and the same can be said for the animation. Any news regarding the release of season 2?
