[FOR HIRE | Selective] Full-stack dev, still taking 2-3 projects. Live SaaS now at 60+ users and 2,000+ monthly visitors, plus a real-time location app in production.
Quick update on what I have shipped lately, since it is better proof than a resume.
SocialMate, a social media SaaS I built and run: seven platform integrations, 15+ AI tools, Stripe subscriptions, and a full scheduling engine. Live with a little over 60 users and 975+ posts published through it, over 2,000 visitors and 3,000+ page views in the last 30 days, and a single-day high of 295, all organic. I also just redesigned every landing page, so the whole front end reads more premium and professional now.
Plus local business sites for real clients with working contact pipelines, not templates.
Stack across everything: Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Expo, Supabase, PostGIS, Stripe, Inngest, Vercel, and Tailwind.
Still taking the same three kinds of work:
Local business sites. Trades, contractors, food, retail, medical. Flat fee, mobile-first, and conversion-focused. I have real examples now, not just a pitch.
SaaS features or integrations. Mid-build situations where something specific needs to get done, and get done right.
Cleanup work. A previous dev left things half-done or broken. Honestly, some of my best work happens here.
What I will not take: anything without a defined scope or a clear payment timeline. Vague projects waste both of our time.
Portfolio on request. Reach out directly.

Seeking Freelance & Startup Opportunities | Full-Stack Developer Building AI-Powered Applications
Hi everyone,
I'm Sourov Das, a BCA student from India who loves building software that solves real problems.
I didn't start with an impressive resume or years of experience. Like many developers, I learned by building one project after another, staying curious, and consistently improving. Over time, those small projects evolved into full-stack applications, AI systems, and products that taught me far more than tutorials ever could.
Most of my free time is spent building, experimenting, and learning. I enjoy taking an idea from scratch and turning it into something people can actually use.
Some things I've built • AI-powered personal finance application with intelligent agents • AI Resume Builder • RAG applications with long-term and session memory • AI automation tools • Modern full-stack web applications • REST APIs and scalable backend systems
Tech Stack
Frontend:
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
Backend:
- Python
- FastAPI
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Supabase
AI & Developer Tools
- OpenAI Agents SDK
- LangGraph
- LangChain
- RAG
- MCP
- Vector Databases
- Prompt Engineering
I believe AI is becoming an essential part of modern software development, so I've made it a core part of my workflow. I use AI tools to accelerate research, debugging, code reviews, architecture discussions, testing, and documentation while making sure I understand, verify, and take ownership of every line of code I ship.
I'm still early in my career, but I enjoy solving challenging engineering problems, learning new technologies quickly, and working with people who love building great products.
I'm currently looking for opportunities in:
- Freelance projects
- Startup collaborations
- AI application development
- Full-stack web development
- Backend development
- MVP development
If you're building something interesting and think I could be a good fit, I'd love to connect. I'm happy to share my projects, GitHub, and previous work over DM.
Even if you don't have an opportunity right now, I'd really appreciate any advice on finding freelance work, startup projects, or connecting with founders.
Thanks for reading, and I hope to build something amazing with some of you.

[FOR HIRE] Full-Stack Developer (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) | Technical Lead Experience
Hi all,
I'm a Full-Stack Developer and Technical Lead currently based in India, looking for my next opportunity — open to both remote and India-based roles.
A bit about me: Currently leading engineering at Innovation Forge, where I lead a 4-person team building Inblox, a cloud-based STEM education platform. I own the full stack — from architecture to deployment — plus AWS infrastructure and GitHub Enterprise administration.

Backend: Node.js, Express, REST API design, JWT/OAuth
Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Prisma ORM
Cloud/DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM), GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, Docker
Also comfortable working alongside AI-assisted dev tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) — I actually run internal workshops on this for my team
Experience: ~1.5 years professional (Technical Lead + 2 prior developer internships at Times Internet and Development Logics)
What I'm looking for: Full-stack or backend-focused roles where I can keep growing technically — happy to discuss both individual contributor and lead-track roles depending on the team.
Feel free to DM me or comment — happy to answer any questions. Thanks for reading!

**Company:** GoManzanas
**Location:** Remote
**Working Hours:** Must have overlap with 10pm - 4am Vietnam time (ICT/UTC+7)
## About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between our technical and product teams. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, QA, Product, and Marketing, making sure ideas become shipped features that feel great to use.
Our products are UX-first, so you need a strong eye for how things should look and feel, not just how they work under the hood. You'll take ownership of driving tasks from concept through delivery across multiple teams, and you'll need to do it independently.
## What You'll Do
- Translate product goals into clear, actionable work for engineering and QA
- Own the flow of features from planning through release across Engineering, QA, Product, and Marketing
- Advocate for the user experience in every decision, flagging UX issues before they ship
- Communicate status, blockers, and tradeoffs clearly across teams
- Get up to speed quickly on technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical stakeholders
- Help triage bugs and prioritize backlogs
- Coordinate with remote teammates across multiple time zones
## What We're Looking For
**Required:**
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong UX sensibility and genuine interest in how products feel to use
- Ability to quickly understand technical work at a high level without needing to write the code
- Self-directed and comfortable driving work independently on a remote team
- Experience working in professional/corporate environments
- Available during our primary overlap hours (10pm - 4am ICT)
- Development experience capable of constructing precise instructions to develop/modify products with the help of AI Agents
**Big Pluses:**
- Management or team lead experience
- Familiarity with git and GitHub workflows (PRs, issues, branches)
- Experience with AI coding tools or agentic workflows
- Background coordinating across multiple departments (engineering, QA, marketing)
## About GoManzanas
We're a remote team building products across education and productivity. We move fast, communicate openly, and care deeply about the end user experience. If you're someone who can think on your feet, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without being micromanaged, you'll fit right in.
## Salary
Up to 1000$ per month. DM me the word 'interested' to apply for the position.

The 2026 Freelance Report says AI users earn significantly more. Are clients actually paying more for AI-skilled developers, or just expecting faster delivery?
I was reading the 2026 Freelance Benchmark Report, which found that freelancers using AI tools often report higher earnings and faster output. Other recent marketplace research also suggests AI-related freelance skills are commanding a premium—but mainly when AI is combined with real expertise, not just basic AI usage.
That made me wonder what clients are actually paying for.
Is it because developers know how to use AI effectively?
Or because clients expect the same budget while expecting work to be completed much faster?
From a client's perspective, I wouldn't pay more simply because someone uses AI.
I'd pay more if they could consistently deliver:
- better technical decisions
- higher-quality code
- faster delivery without sacrificing quality
- fewer bugs and lower long-term maintenance
Using AI seems like a productivity advantage, but good software still depends on human judgment, architecture, debugging, and understanding business requirements.
For developers:
- Have AI tools actually helped you increase your rates, or do clients just expect you to deliver faster for the same price?
For clients and hiring managers:
- Would you pay a premium for a developer who uses AI effectively?
- Or do you simply expect the same work to be completed in less time?
Has AI increased the value of skilled developers, or has it simply raised client expectations?
