Not all sunsets are red or orange

I was on a plant sightseeing trip with a friend about to arrive in Saltillo when we decided to stop near a tiny ejido called El Zertuche and man it was just all this as far as the eye could see. Gorgeous mix of desert plants, it didn´t look all that interesting from afar but we were so wrong.

First ascent of the Summerlin Pk. Traverse, up to the first bench, sheep trail to the left to the saddle and summit. 2013.

A special place a sacred place a uniquely American place stabbed yet again in the back.

This whole place is just a fantastic hike. Everything is scenic in every direction
