Hello, returning after playing when it was still 2d and a bit after it became 2.5d, got kind of bored of playing df2 so I figured I'll play the 1st again. Can I get some advice on what stats to put into or weapons to work towards? I was just following the sample rifle grenade build on the wiki. So those were the 2 weapons I brought, almost getting to 50 before i go to SB. Also, does boss/bandits sometimes not drop loot? I killed 2 bandits once and they didn't drop anything as well as when there was a 1x titan 1x wraith 3x mother block and only 3 of the bosses dropped loot. Thanks

Do people actually go to camp valcrest? I’m level 85 I know it’s a bit low but don’t see myself going to make it there at level 100 or anytime soon what do I need to be able to move faster? I posted my stats and that’s with a 35% fast walk/run drink I really have no clue how people run and walk super super fast can anyone give me advice on what to buy even with credits? Or what can I buy from market

I’ve been playing df with my siblings on and off for a long time. I was pumped for this event and decided to grind from 105 to 202 so far since the event. In addition I finally did a revamp with a stat reset and have a decent build.i just unlocked the dusk shop though and saw that eye popping price tag for the UB. I probably will never reach that as my average loot runs are like 200k. Does any one have any tips on where/how to loot that’s a good way to grind for UB. I’ll post my df profiler below. I saw someone else post about a UB and I figured it was a safe space to ask here.

I just noticed an increase in loot chances, Exp. points, and a few other things. Anyone know the event? I doubt it's the summer event already, since it hasn't been announced yet.

I've played a long time ago and remembered engineer could repair armor while on the fly.

I've been replaying for a while and I noticed it's not there anymore. I'll check again soon in case I'm an idiot, but I'm wondering if its some kind of formatting issue or it was removed.

Tempted to restart to an RP class considering armor repair is pretty cheap compared to how much money I can make by looting n trading

Hello to the whole Dead Frontier community, Im ThisJonar.

I played the game when it came out back in 2008/2009 and, to be honest, I have very fond memories of that experience. I lost access to my main account (I’ve no idea if the staff team could do anything for me in that regard; I only know that the account name is ThisJonar – I can’t remember which email address I used), and a few years ago I created a new account which I didn’t play much, but I’ve been playing with a new character for a couple of days now and my experience has been very positive. I think the changes they’ve made are brilliant; I certainly remember that the player base used to be much larger, but I think they’ve made the early stages much more manageable for new players.

Anyway, I’d like to ask the veterans for some advice. I’m not very familiar with all the complexities of the game; my intention is to reach the endgame with this character using a melee weapon, a chainsaw and, initially, a shotgun (the latter is the one I’m most open to changing). I’ll be level 50 soon, and before heading to SB I’ll have my free stat reset, so I’d like to know how I could allocate my stats in the most coherent and effective way possible to avoid struggling too much in the endgame (I know the melee build is tricky, but personally I find it more fun than others). I’m open to suggestions for replacing the shotgun, which I’m not too keen on (I was thinking of crossbows or flamethrowers, but I’m not sure if that makes sense).

I’d also like to mention that I’m planning to swap the Nodachi for a Gorespike or a Dualblade before heading to SB, and to be honest, I’m not sure which one would suit me best (I’ve got about 1 million in the bank at the moment).

Any advice that’ll help me improve is welcome, and thanks in advance to everyone!

Hello it's me again. So I made up a list of implants I really want to buy, like my main priority implant. I'm more of a looter, but I also want the movement speed and a bit of attack speed. What do you think about my list which costs around 8500 credits?

I need help figuring out if it's worth buying credits for arc-9 Tesla cannon. My salary is not that big, but I really want the weapon. If I do buy it, will it be worth it? Right now, it's like my main goal is to just unlock the dusk shop and get the arc9. But after that, what next?

Tried to get back into dead frontier as I am stuck with nothing but a library computer for the next few weeks. Can't run EXE's but I was kinda operating on the assumption it still ran on Unity (it apparently doesn't).
