The amount of these knives sold is very low, so i can't see any sold in the recent sold category on cs float. Currently it is about 490 euro - but perhaps they sometimes go for market price? At what price should i buy, if i don't mind waiting.

What are the chances that M9 could have its unique inspect animation in the future?

If i want to buy a knife mostly for 1-2 years appreciation, shall i got with M9 phase 4 or ruby nomad (forget what my loadout is and consider that i like both knives equally)

I pulled a min wear spiral glitch from the armory and it's worth more than I thought. It honestly seems overvalued cause it's only a pink. I'm just curious if you guys think I should hold onto it or sell it? Like do armory items typically rise a lot in the first couple weeks and then drop a lot? Or will it hold value until next armory update you think?

I know people here farm stars with 5 stacked pass. But we all know the Bot-farms hacking in deathmatch farming stars. Maybe Valve can't do anything about them maybe they don't need to? While these botters spend money for prime and passes, the cost of skins goes down. Maybe when everything from the armory crashed and the profit is in big red, the botters stop, the real people are a little mad but overall the problem solved itself

Dreams & Nigtmares case was added at January 18, 2022, and despite 4 years and 7 months, it is still in active drop pool, making it the longest staying case in history.

For instance, the drop rotation of second longest case (Recoil) was from July 1, 2022 to March 11, 2026. D&N surpassed recoil by 4 months now, and is still staying with us, probably for few more months at least.

Valve finally rotated armory a few days ago (3 month last chance BTW), so I don't think valve is going to add even more skins by switching active drop pool in the upcoming weeks, it's either going to be just before Singapore major (Q3/Q4 of 2026) or even later on. In fact, we might see D&N being the first case ever to be in rotation for more than 5 years.

Back then, cases used to be in active drop pool rotation for around a year, or even less (the Chroma Case was moved to rare drop pool after just 9 months for instance!). Now we have 4/5 year rotation cycles.

Honestly, it's not a surprise that the whole market is in bear mode for months with lows exceeding even 50% for some skins. Valve gives less and less attention to the market, lengthening the drop cycles and giving even less updates. They even hate our money now.

Hi, i have a question about a trade up. If i wanna trade a lot of mid/hight tier skins from my inv for a top tier skin like a Howl, but i dont know if there is a % should i overpay for this kind of upgrade.

Also what would be the best way to do it? Selling everything on float and directly buying it? (this gonna take like a lot of time)

Or try to trade with someone, i guees to an skin upgrade i have to overpay a little, rigth?

I've been trying to buy the cheapest AK Jinn in MW, and I've noticed the lowest prices are buy sellers who will accept the trade and then cancel it. They have done this to me 24 times now.

Why would they do this? I suspect it is to try to manipulate the market down so they can purchase them cheaper. I have proof of them accepting/cancelling

I know this is a question that’s mostly based on personal preference, but I just can’t decide and I’d like to hear your opinions. Also, have any of these knives become boring to you over time?

Given my budget, I’m deciding between a Stiletto Urban Masked, Skeleton Urban Masked/Ultraviolet, or getting an Ursus Marble Fade or Tiger Tooth instead.

With the Skeleton, I really like the rare inspect animation where it spins infinitely around your finger. the normal pullout animation is nothing special and gets a bit boring. I’m not even counting the rare pullout animation because it’s so rare that I’ll probably only see it a few times per match.

The Stiletto is nice and I like the pullout animation, but I’m worried it’ll get boring after a while. The inspect animation where your character flips it around in their hand is cool, but I personally think the Skeleton’s and Ursus’s inspect animations are better.

The Ursus feels a bit more like a budget knife compared to the Skeleton or Stiletto, but on the other hand I could afford a Marble Fade or Tiger Tooth finish. The normal pullout is mid, while the rare pullout animation is really nice and not nearly as rare. I also like the inspect animation where it spins between your fingers.

I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts and experiences, especially if you’ve owned any of these knives. Thanks!

Both new collections have dead zones in between 0.07-0.08 (you cannot unbox items with this float) so trading up from mw to fn will be expensive. 1 in 3067 chance of getting specific FN purple. Considering low prices and demand mb these collections are not that bad i mean FN skins.

Wich cases do you recommend opening? I saw one called “sealed dead hand terminal”; it doesn’t requiere key to open and is relatively cheap.

Or do you recommend opening a case, like the Wildfire, CS:GO Weapon Case, Phoenix, or Chroma?
