Hello I am looking for games to play and thinking of getting back into cs again. But I haven’t played since the games been free to play. All I see are negative posts about the game and it worries me I shouldn’t get back into the game.

220 hours in the game, I think I’m okay but with this being my first pc game, it’s very difficult getting used to mouse and keyboard.

Anyway, I clutched the 1v4 to win the game but feel like I could have done it better.

I know I need to keep my crosshair at head level and clear all corners but any other advice?

So in past years im a casual player becase of cheaters. i start playing 1 maybe 2 game a day. why people are spinning and fighting wh vs wh and they are not instant banned? like explain to me spinbot. How can someone queue 10 game with spinbot win 13-0 and nobodys banning him? why is that so hard?

I have a weird thing to write and I been needing to figure this out. It pisses me off that I get griefing bans for too many reports but cheaters don’t get booted off this platform. I’m a ok player not good not bad but I defo don’t grief my games I’m not a loser. But I have noticed something these past days I have had 3 spinbltyers in my team first one I insulted killed twice you know after the game I got a 5 day griefing ban. I’m free of the ban get another spin botter in my team and once again I kill him and insult him and yet again got another ban for too many griefing reports. Could these cheaters have some mass report script? Or is it just the lobby reporting me being petty?

Long story short, last week the electricity went off while I was playing CS and yesterday my game crashed and I had an "update downloading at 0%" for eternity and I recieved 2 cooldowns in the last week and now I am playing vs cheaters every game. I never played with any cheats or with premate cheaters. Wtf am I supposed to do now? I have medals since 2019 and more or less 1k euro inv and I play vs new accs with no inventory.

Ive played on and off since 2004. Cal M in 1.6, hours upon hours of air strafing around till 3 am playing scoutzknivez. I love the scout. The muscle memory flicks are so pleasing.

I just came back (600ish hours) after a 8? year hiatus. New steam account. I have a 98 aim rating. Because that's all I do is scout.

Can't go a game without somebody crying that I cheat. Somebody basing their entire argument on "WELL LEETIFY SAYS SO", while they are rocking a %12 head shot.

So thank you hackers, for taking the entire credibility out of the gun I have loved for more than 20 years. Your jumping around the map noscope headshots through walls has completely ruined the fact that some of us old farts have been doing it legitimately since before most of these kiddos were born

Can't even use the "I've dropped a buttload on gambling, you think I'd hack and risk it?" Because the ones ACTUALLY hacking have an inventory usually worth more than mine.
