Pattern help Found this on Facebook and I can't understand the explanation.
As the title says. I'm not sure how it goes from one picture to the next.
Is this AI?

for both pieces i used aunt lydia’s crochet thread size 10. the bottom one was my first attempt using a 1.65mm hook. the top is the same pattern but using a 1.3mm hook. the design is more more visible in pictures than in person. is this something that just gets better with practice?

I’m dying to make this dress yet I don’t know the pattern and I can’t find it on Etsy or anywhere, the photo is from Pinterest and I’d love to make it but I just need a pattern!

My grandmother crocheted stocking for all of us grandkids and when she passed we could not find the pattern she used and I completely forgot how she made it when she originally taught me many years ago.
I now have a daughter of my own and want to keep that tradition going.
This is my stocking!

New here and kind of new to crochet, but I’m dying to try and make something like this and I just can’t quite find anything like it. I especially love the asymmetrical bottom, but all the patterns I can find have straight bottoms.
Any help appreciated! Free patterns and video tutorials are ideal but just wanting to know what’s out there.
Thank you 🫶

I saw this on Pinterest but I’m not sure what stitch to use to recreate it. It looks knitted but I think it can be recreated with crochet. Does anyone know what stitch is most similar and how to construct it or if any patterns are similar to this?

This poodle is for covering a bar of soap. I look up poodle patterns and get such scary ones, not this one

found this chart on Pinterest and wanted to try it out. i’ve crocheted following charts before, but this one is a bit tricky. i assume the flowers are made separately from the square and then joined together? if so, im not sure how to join them. the arrows also confused me a bit on how to connect them. if the flowers are continuous and connect to eachother idk how to do the magic circles for the orange centers. please help me out here! i’m trying to make this for my sister graduation cap!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a crochet pattern for this fox sweater from the sims 4. I was able to find a knit version, but nothing for crochet.
The knit pattern has a colorwork graph. If no crochet pattern currently exists and I were to need to convert it, does anyone have any idea how to go about that?
I'd also be grateful for pattern recommendations that are similar (cute cartoon foxes on a sweater) if nothing identical exists.

hi!
kind of odd title but can anyone share a pattern for crocheting a “pumpkin hammock” for pumpkins growing in the garden. we have them growing along a trellis and they’re starting to droop.
I did a quick google search but mostly came up with patterns to crochet actual pumpkins

The middle and right 2 yarns are all Cotten or a Cotten blend o believe, but I am unsure what the left 2 are.

The original creators said they used a pattern by sierras.stitches but the ones in the tutorial don't look as full as these ones they look different

Hey everyone!
So, very long story short: I needed a vacation crochet project, found this picture, sent it to a friend who loves otters, decided to make it for her, and went on a two-week vacation with nothing but all my brown yarn and two skeins of funky variegated stuff. Cue the on-campsite realisation earlier today that the pattern attached to this picture makes no sense whatsoever and I think I might have fallen for an AI pic for the first time (there goes my AI-free crochet streak lol).
I have been looking for other otter patterns, but I’m mostly finding AI ones or ones where the otter is lying on its back, and while those are cute, I really would like one that’s sitting/standing like this. Does anyone happen to know of a pattern like that? I’m happy to pay for it, it can be a written pattern or a video, I truly don’t care as long as it’s available online and uses shades of brown hahah.
Alternatively, I’d also be super happy if anyone has suggestions for how I can make the snout/body shape of this one work. I don’t think my crochet skills are at the level where I can just figure this one out from the picture completely (and that really doesn’t sound like the kind of relaxing summer project I need right now) but I might be able to make something work. Or hey, I’m also happy with ideas for the two skeins of white/grey/black/blue variegated stuff, because I’m not getting much further than an octupus and I don’t really like those.
Thank you all and have a wonderful day!!

I've seen a lot of patterns for this general shape but they're all quite simple. ideally I'd like something with a more complicated lace design. I'm pretty sure this image is AI and I don't believe the pattern would work.

Hi all.
I attend a festival once a year where 'trinket trading' tends to be a big part of the community. All things fantasy goes at the festival.
I have a year to prep, but looking for some ideas for dungeons and dragons (and any other fantasy) mini crochet ideas and patterns to hand out, got to be small enough for me to carry a good amount during the day, and not be cumbersome for the recipient. So far I have a pattern for mini potion bottles.
If anyone has any ideas / patterns at hand i would be greatful.
Thanks in advance.
