Bouquet Blanket

I made this bouquet blanket for a friend and now I’m thinking about making another one next year. How did I do? - I didn’t use a pattern, I saw a picture of some bouquet blankets and my brain decided it had a pattern figured out. It doesn’t lay flat entirely, but it feels like a giant hug. It also feels like a weighted blanket due to multiple Bernet blanket skeins - probably around 20 including the roses.

Granny square baby blanket update

I have now finished the 1st row. I decided to just start with 4 squares × 4 squares for now and then, if I decide to add more, I'll do that.

What do you guys think of it so far?

Tulip crochet. How'd it turn out?

I just finished this little tulip, and I didn't expect it to turn out this cute. I make crochet projects regularly, but this is one of my favorite flowers I've made so far. It came together better than I expected, and now I'm tempted to make a whole bouquet.

I really like this violet color, but I think I'm going to make a few more in pink and light blue to add some variety. I can already picture how pretty they'll look together.

how can i make the edges straight? it’s such a heavy piece and i pinned it to blankets on the floor to steam block it. it’s 100% acrylic yarn and isn’t very stretchy so any recommendations are appreciated!

I recently started to delve into amigurumi and while theres a lot of confusing patterns and stitches I still managed to finish a project. However, i noticed after doing a round with bobble stitch there’s a visible hole when decreasing (i used invisible decrease) what can i do to make the stitching more neat?

I need some opinions

This is kind of an update from my "Does this look ridiculous" post from a couple of days ago.

I am using the yarn in picture one to make a granny square baby blanket. I have made 4 squares so far (I just need to finish weaving in the ends of my 4th one and then block it) and I could use some opinions on some things;

1: Should I go 4 squares across and 4 squares down, or 6 squares across and 6 squares down?

2: Should I use the star stitch as a boarder like how I've done it in picture 2? If so, what colour should I use?

Co-worker's Ripped Pouch

Good afternoon.

My co-worker has thus really pretty crochet pouch that ripped. She said it got snagged on a zipper. I want to fix it for her. Does anyone know what kind of stitch or technique was used here? It'd be nice if I could make it as close to the original as possible.

Please and thank you!!!

Pattern: Not my pattern. Bought it on Etsy. It's a pattern of Prince during his Purple Rain phase. I just modified it for Rick Sanchez.

Yarn: Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/8 in colors 117, 71, 01, 76, and 124

Hook: 3.5mm

I made it because I'm a very silly person who loves very silly things.
