Haven’t posted in a while outside of drafts I’ve participated in, so I’m gonna start posting some older rosters I finished and kinda left to rot lol. Starting with this: a 3v3 Sonic the Hedgehog tag fighter!

25 characters in the base roster with 16 DLC. Tried making the layout a little bit flashier than usual, both because I want to step up my game a bit in how I make rosters and also to reflect my vision for this game; a highly animated flashy 2D fighter a la Arc System Works’ recent fighting games.

Welcome to BAR NONE, a new party game revolving around drinkers, and the types of games you’d find at a bar!

RULES:

1. No downvoting, please and thank you!

2. Suggestions can be comprised of 3 different choices. Drinkers, Tavern Games, and Bars! Each day, the top TWO suggestions will be chosen! This is a one-per-day roster, therefore I assume everyone will eventually nab a slot or two. (NOTE: Suggestions must be separated by comment, and only two suggestions are allowed per post. One being a Drinker, and the other being either a Tavern Game or a Bar)

3. Drinker Suggestions must be characters who are either largely associated with alcohol (or alcohol-adjacent drinks) or bartenders. If need be, I may ask what their connection to booze is, so be prepared to explain your suggestion.

4. Tavern Games & Bar Suggestions are fairly obvious, but to make sure everyone is on the same table, Tavern Games Suggestions MUST be games/activities you’d typically find within bars.

5. Limit of 2 reps per franchise. Once that limit is hit, that franchise is off limits for suggestions.

6. If you cannot do the bare minimum by clarifying where your Drinker Suggestion and/or Bar Suggestion is from, I’m not counting it. Sorry! I’ll give one warning but if it ain’t corrected ASAP I ain’t counting it, no matter the upvotes

7. This is purely for fictional characters/settings. The only realistic suggestions should be the Tavern Games themself.

Franchises that have met their Limit:

The Simpsons (Homer/Barney)

Rules:

• Only one character per person
• Character must originate from one of the 6 decades (e.g. Sonic 90's, Naruto 2000's, etc.)
• Characters can count for the next decade if they gained popularity then (e.g. Naruto manga released in 1999, but is mainly synonymous with the 2000s)
• No Downvoting
• One from each decade gets in every day
• Any ties with upvotes, I spin a wheel

2. Characters should fit a darker, more violent setting. My idea is basically Nintendo meets Mortal Kombat so go off that if it helps. Characters who are normally lighter in tone can still be considered if you can give a strong argument for how they fit.

3. If you can provide a strong reason why your character belongs in Red Moon, your nomination may receive a bonus upvote from me.

4. No franchise may have more than 4 representatives. The goal is variety.

5. Third-party fighters must come from companies that have previously collaborated with Smash. I'm also gonna have a 8 Character limit on third parties.

6. Ties get Google surveyed which will be posted on the next post.

7. Like my other rosters, the final 2 slots will be reserved for characters who were heavily requested throughout the poll but narrowly missed selection. Every comment and vote matters.

Rules:

1. This roster is meant to test your CREATIVITY, so while I'll allow existing costumes (for example, Dr. Mario for Mario), original costume ideas will earn an extra upvote.

2. Be creative with your suggestions. Don't go for boring options (for example, Red Paratroopa for Koopa); instead, try to spice them up (for example, an aviator Paratroopa with a Blue Shell). Think of it like the Yoshi costumes in MKW, where each one has not only a different color but also a unique outfit.

3. Don't just suggest characters wearing another character's clothes (for example, Donkey Kong dressed as Funky Kong). You can do much more than that! I'll accept outfit descriptions that fit the character (for example, Surfer Donkey Kong with sunglasses), but I'll take some artistic liberties with the final design.

4. One costume per character, one character per comment, and I will draw one character per day.

5. You can suggest any character you like, this doesn't follow any order.

6. Obviously, don't suggest anything controversial or inappropriate.

The Chariot and The Fool have awakened a new persona, Ryu and Mario respectively. Both are legendary warriors fighting for truth.

The Justice Arcana is associated with justice, as the name would suggest, but also represents accountability, honesty and fairness.

In game, the Justice arcana excel in Light-based attacks, and are almost always represented by angels or divine entities, which includes Archangel, Uriel and Metatron

1. This roster is strictly only for Adult Swim characters. The only exception I’ll make is if that character had an episode or a sequel series launch on Adult Swim, such as Samuari Jack or Space Ghost. Series like that are eligible for spots.
