This application is horrible, 6 ad sessions (4 ads per session) in one episode. After every ad session there a connection issue and the ads restart. What the actual F*CK!!!!!!

We’re a Frenglish house and we like to watch content in both languages. Everytime I watch content in French, English subtitles appear and I can’t deactivate them. It’s reallly annoying. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a premium account that worked perfectly. Now, some shows/movies will cast in my Chromecast and others won't. Any idea why?

I’m subscribed to premium tier no ads and watching Project Runway but ads keep coming up and there’s nothing about this being a show with ads at all.

I'm only getting a maximum of 720p even while using a native browser on my PC (microsoft edge). Anyway to get 1080?

Paid for a subscription based on, all Canada games, and all playoff games.

The best playoff game, Crave did not broadcast. Breach of contract....I want my money back....any one else wanna join.....

This is by far the most convoluted piece of dogshit service I've ever experienced.

I'm trying to watch the world cup finals (I dont even like soccer) in the comfort of my living room after spending an hour on the treadmill in a hot gym and my crave subscription through amazon only offers the game in French. No option to switch at all. I've tried different work arounds. Restarting the app, switching the language settings, playing different movies, whatever. Nothing helps.

I don't even want to go on about the account creation and TV subscription provider BS. What an absolute mess.

How to stream 4K 5.1 surround sound with Crave instead of 1080p Stereo provided by Crave Apps

- requirements: Smartphone & a TV running Google software (havent tested other types of TVs, don’t own any)

1. Download Crave iPhone/Android App

2. Go into Crave phone App settings and set video quality to Ulimate 4K

3. In the same settings page, turn on 5.1 Surround Sound (it’s off by default 🙄)

4. Play your show on your phone, in my case House Of the Dragon S3.

5. Press the cast button on your phone when the video starts and select your TV from the options. (in my case it’s an iPhone, so it’s airplay. I press the cast button on my crave iPhone app while the video is playing, select my Hisense Google TV name from the options, and BOOM my show is now streaming in 4K 5.1 instead of the god awful 1080p Stereo from the fire stick app)

note: My TV airplay option only appeared once I played the video then pressed the cast button. I was pressing the cast/airplay button without the video playing and it wasn’t working / not showing any options. finally I tried playing the video then pressing the airplay button and my TV was finally there.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous the ad tier does not have picture in picture enabled. If I wasn't getting crave for free through my condo I'd cancel on that alone

I'm not trying to jinx it but I got crave through Walmart plus and it's the ad tier one and I haven't gone ads for about a week I'm just about to watch The Long walk and not a single ad sooo 🤷‍♂️ yayy I guess ?

I woke up to two identical emails sent at the same time, from Crave, telling me our subscription had ended,

No one in my household has cancelled Crave, we stayed through the augmentations, wonky platform, new content with ads from CTV. We never cancelled. I haven’t checked yet but I wonder whether it’d be more expensive if I tried to subscribe again? Is this a way to get us to signup for a more expensive plan (even though I’m pretty sure we already had the most expensive one (the plan with no ads, no Disney, no TSN))?

Anyway, because I’m petty and they kicked us out, I didn’t feel an urge to subscribe again. Then when I asked my fiancé if he wanted me to get it back he said no. So I guess we’re out!

I feel like the blooming onion lady and I apologize to Crave. My payment was declined because I hadn't activated my new card yet. My old card got cancelled for fraud and I hadn't noticed. (And my fiance repeatedly told me to check my mail but I procrastinated.) Please see screenshot of the great service I received from Crave today. I'm sorry for coming in hot.🙈

FINALLY! I just saw they released the new air date for Friday August 7th.

It’s because the Crave app you’re using is from your smart tv. Unfortunately, that version of the app is slow and laggy as hell.

For better and smoother viewing experience, use a separate tv box like Apple TV 4k, Nvidia Shield, Roku, or Amazon Fire Stick.

Can't believe I'm paying for a premium service just to NOT have access to a TV show on the day it airs. It's almost 1am and it's still not up. I watched the french dub live (bilingual) but I'm still pissed.
