I have a sculptural candle business with over 500 different designs. I make every candle with 100% soy pillar wax + 100% cotton wicks.

My permanent collection is undyed, but I'm currently offering two limited edition collections: a black and marble collection and a color collection.

With so many designs, I have to be selective about which ones I showcase in each color. Just because you see a design in purple, black, or another shade doesn't mean that's the only color it's available in. I’m really loving the purple variations though, and during these limited edition drops, I’m accepting custom color orders so that has been fun to do.

A customer emailed me with one of the most unusual design requests I've ever received.
He wanted to combine a Hannya mask, a raven, and a skull on a passport cover. At first, I assumed he was simply drawn to dark imagery.
As we exchanged a few emails about the design, he explained what he actually wanted.
"I don't want it to look evil. I want it to remind me that everything in life is temporary."
After a few rounds of refining the design together, this became the final result.
I really hope it's something he'll enjoy carrying with him on many future trips.

Hello all!! Sober day 32 and I couldn’t have done it without all of you wonderful people in this community!! I have had some hard moments but I go back and read the comments of my posts and my brain gets “right with Jesus” again. I can’t tell you all how amazing every single one of you are!! I absolutely love and adore all of you. Thank you. I’m so grateful and humbled! ❤️❤️❤️

I didn’t make any of the items I am wearing in the photos - I got them from Unique Vintage (huge sale going on now!!). I saw the original House on Haunted Hill and fell in love with the outfit pictured and decided to do a “Goth” version - it’s not exact but I think I’m going to make a kimono with the flared sleeves for a little more authenticity.

The potato outreach is going amazing!! I’ve been giving them out at my partial hospitalization program - I brought in 20 of them on Wednesday and they were gone within 10 minutes!! The official name of the project is “The Cottage Goth Potato Farm” - I’m having tags made that tell the short story of the name. Right now, I have a bunch of Tate’s listed in my store and I believe I’ve priced them fairly - I think everyone needs one. Potatoes don’t leave anyone behind!!

I’ve also been making fleece dragon scarves again (Pattern by Feerie Telle) - it’s been a joy to sew again!! It’s impossible to sew when I’m hungover - threading a needle when your hands are shaking is a special kind of hell.

The encouragement, love & support from this sub has given me my life back and, because of this, I’m able to give back what was freely given to me. The ripple effect is in full force!! Seeing people sitting in groups hugging their potatoes has made my heart even fuller and stronger - it’s amazing to see and know that we did this. The people who have received a potato are also grateful to you all for making this possible!! I’m forever thankful to all of you. I love, love, love you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️
