Real shit. What got me through it is realizing I can turn an unshakable certainty in myself and who I am into a stable foundation to solve at least some of the rest of my problems. It was easier to get out if bed in the morning and handle my shit knowing that even if everything fell apart, I am who I am and that cant be taken from me.
You will get there in time and it will look different for everyone. There are people with this struggle rooting for you even if they don't know your name, we all want to live and see you living too.
