Light Pole Banners

Hey, I am new to SDCC and wanted to know if there is any way to acquire the light pole banners with the Avengers Doomsday design.

Can you buy them?
Are they auctioned afterwards? Lottery?
Or is there any other way to get them?

If anybody knows, feel free to DM me.

I’d pay good money for a set!
