Clark is probably enjoying that view.

Since this person is being downvoted, just clarifying to people that Prime would not be Kara’s cousin, nor would either character typically consider themselves related.
Though his name is Clark also.

OK why does Superman have a metal logo and chest/shoulder plate?

This isn't Superman, it's Superboy Prime. He's filling in for Supes while he's gone so he can get his own comic book series.

He's basically wearing the pelt of the villain who destroyed his universe, and the DC multiverse that he loved.

He has a armor that protects him from red sun radiation by constantly injecting yellow sun energy on him

Isn’t it anti-monitor stuff? And is he 4th wall breaking now?

He always has been, he just was more subtle with it when he was being a villain: like early 2000s-era She-Hulk: she still knew there was a fourth wall, but it wasn’t relevant to every aspect of her life.

He needs that while on Earth? LOL

He doesn’t need it per-say: he just likes the look of it. He’s basically an evil Superman who wants to be good, but still has the attitude from when he was evil (and isn’t planning on giving that attitude up, even if he is good now). Plus he’s the one who brought Jason Todd back to life back in the day, though I don’t think the two have ever talked about it.

Best comic arc of 2026. Hope Williamson gets an Eisner nomination next year for this
