It definitely loses steam in the second half, but it's still a fun ride building up the mystery. Love the consistency in the art too; so few series manage to keep the same creative team throughout.

My guess, is the guy in the bandages (B) is after the open collar guy (OC). However, OC is a moraless bastard and is taunting B to try shooting him right now while surrounded by innocents. If B trys something, OC will shoot as many people as he can with 100 bullets.
