The website is down, so it seems. It looks like the creators left the site unmaintained until the domain registration expired. I do not find any official announcement about commitstrip.com getting shut down, so it may have happened by accident.
On https://www.holybird.fr/productions/commitstrip/ there are three episodes that I don't remember having seen on commitstrip.com (and one episode that I do remember).
