remote start refuses to work after completely dead battery

2008 Chrysler 300C all wheel drive. remote start has worked flawlessly for ages. the battery went completely stone cold dead day before yesterday, and after fully recharging the battery, now remote start refuses to start the vehicle. all DTC codes were cleared. what else could potentially be making remote start refuse to work?

2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible key replacement

Hi everyone, I need some help and don’t know who to turn to anymore. So I lost one of my keys and need to replace it because my spare key is also on the verge of breaking. I tried through a locksmith and they couldn’t get it. I have a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible 2.0 CRD Diesel, 6 speed manual (european model) and I need to find some new keys, but wherever I looked I only found it for petrol models and I’m not sure if they’re the same or if they’d work for my car. I figured if anyone else had a similar problem, they’d be in this sub. Any help is appreciated. P.S. I live in Europe so I need it to be shipped here.

2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L Engine Type: 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V 160,000 miles

The engine will not start at all. After it's been started, sometimes it will die unexpectedly, usually when sitting still, but it's happened when in motion, moving slowly. It's not necessarily when the car goes over a bump or anything. Once the car dies or when it doesn't start, the symptom is the same, the started doesn’t engage at all or it seems that the ignition is not communicating with the starter because the starter does not initiate at all. The van has a brand-new starter on it as well.

Also, when this happens, the security light blinks on the dashboard. We are pretty sure that

Rack and Pinion Bushings

I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen 4WD and was looking to see if the rack and pinion bushings are serviceable. I’ve been told that buying a whole rack may be easier but I’d prefer to do just the bushings if possible. If anyone has replaced them before I’d appreciate some feedback as well as possible part numbers I can use. Thank you for the help

2015 Chrysler 200?

I change battery cause it was bad I look at voltage every morning and it’s at 12.1. Not suppose to be there. Some days the car start rough like not enough cold cranking amps and it was doing this before I change battery to. As I’m driving the battery voltage on dash reads 14.0 and 13.7 low is 13.4 so the alternator is good. Some one told me your battery is getting drain over night it could be parasitic draw. Any suggestions? It’s also cuts off as I’m driving have to pull to the side and start it up again.

Hello all, I was looking to buy this 2001 2.7 V6 automatic Sebring. It has 122k kilometers (75k miles) it's a 3 owner car. I was looking to get a comfortable automatic with A/C for around €2000 ($2250). What are some of the things I should look out for In these Chryslers. I know that oil sludge and the water pump/distribution on these are a iffy subject so I'll definitely check if this has been replaced recently. If anyone has any pointers or experience's with these please let me know.

Thanks for your response!

Anyone else think the Crossfire looks better with Euro plates?

Post image

The Crossfire is still one of the strangest Chrysler designs to look back on.

It has that early-2000s Chrysler look, but underneath it’s basically a Mercedes SLK in an American suit. Then you remember it was built in Germany by Karmann and the whole thing feels even more like a weird global experiment.

What always catches my eye is the rear plate area. With a long European plate, the back of the car actually looks more “finished” to me, like the shape was designed around that space. With the shorter US plate, the rear can look a little empty depending on the angle.

I know the Crossfire has always been a love-it-or-hate-it car, but I think the Euro plate setup makes the rear end work better.

Anyone else like the Crossfire more now than when it came out, or does it still look too weird for a Chrysler?

Kept wondering why the A/C was not working correctly

The A/C in my 2013 Town & Country had not been working correctly for sometime. Had to put the fan on 6 to get it to cool down some but the fan did not seem to be working right. Then I thought why not look at the cabin filter? Found that it was a "little bit" dirty. Replaced it today and it is working great.

Traded my Chrysler

Traded my Chrysler for a Corolla. My 2015,200 was such a great car for ten years, bought it new and never had a problem, well, until the TIPM went crazy at 84 K miles. I shipped the part to MAKS to have it repaired. I put the part in after two weeks of waiting and followed the directions, soft start, etc. nope, didnt work. This car was my retirement car... had to let it go because being older, i need dependability..

Still feels weird seeing a Chrysler 300 with a Lancia badge

Post image

Every time I see a Euro-spec Chrysler 300 or Voyager, my brain needs a second to process it.

Long plates, slightly different bumpers, Lancia badges… same basic car, completely different vibe. The Thema/300 crossover is still one of the weirdest bits of Chrysler history to me, but I kind of love it.

Anyone here ever owned, imported, or spotted one of the Lancia-badged versions? What gives it away first for you: the plate, badge, bumper, wheels, or something else?

2018 Chrysler 300s 3.6 Code P06dd

P06dd comes and goes, oil pressure goes pass 40psi, (even above 60psi on highway when I push it) oil pressure sits between 20-30 when idle

Last owner changed the oil pump and oil sensor at 100k miles. Only thing I can think of is changing the soliend to the oil pump. I took it to multiple mechanics was told everything was fine. Oil chnages every 5k miles 5w-20 full synthetic, mobil one oil filter Open to all suggestions. Thanks

146k miles
