Braised Pork Belly Rice 🐷🍚 what I love about this dish is the meat that is melt-in-the-mouth, juicy and tender mushrooms, and the eggs that has been infused with the flavourful sauce 💗🤤 My hubby used to never ever eat pork belly and quail eggs but this dish changed him! 🥰
