In location 2, I beat Illusory Portal Guardian but it didn't drop any holodisks. I tried breaking the wall behind it with thermite to check if it would open, I tried throwing other explosives at it—it's still closed.

Any ideas on how to open this?

Man I'm sad this was my longest run. A great run too with scout 2.0 with snipers, and all sorts of new items.

Refilling the ammunition for this staff is challenging. Even though the max capacity is 3 charges, it cost me 7 magic crystals to attempt it. Five of those attempts failed, resulting in only 2 successful charges. Success seems highly dependent on luck

A guide here told me to never explore it (at least, I think it did) and just use the revealing things to find the exit, and teleport out. And from what I remember, it also said to not even fight the boss as well. Is that actually what you just do for the lava caves?

If you don't understand i fight two bosses and it take a lot of time and I'm doing the same thing every day and it's so boring 😭

In the description, it says 'Affects the chances of blocking a melee attack. Gives a small bonus to defense. Also increases your dodge chance.' I've heard that you want to raise it to 100, then you can focus on other stats, is that correct? Also, isn't it an issue that a ranged PC can monofocus on Ranged, while a melee PC has to spend some stat points on Block as well as Melee?

I used a type-8 and type-6, an omega wand, and everything I could, but couldn't beat this mf. he just kept healing, and I had just fought another boss before this one, the necromech... so i knew i was cooked

It just boosts critical chance, for one stage, on the easiest location. Why would someone take this?

Are those blue screens just lore or do they have a function?

I am humbly asking for advice. My experience so far has been getting obliterated by elites in location 3 and 4, shaking my head watching invisible enemies spawning infinite robo mines.

My Best successes are a claw build with wolverine armor and pure ranged build with scout. However I don't know how to survive certain situations.

For example the invisible elite goblins in location 4, the acid terminator in dungeon location 2 when he is waiting behind a door ( am I supposed to use an invisibility scroll to enter every time?) or the elite minotaurs in location 3.

I really want to see the other locations but I can't see how to get beyond location 4. Help pls

Edit: I always start from location 1, clear the first two levels and their dungeon, location 3 I rarely have resources to get in the dungeon and in location 4 I'll die surrounded by too many elites

And I forgot to say, I'm playing in hard mode

I only have 4 perk point :(

I'm curious because I always run at least between 125-130 percent difficulty in easy mode. I have normal and hard runs but I have yet to play them very seriously.
