I'm not looking for anything illegal or harmful. My interest is in investigative reports, journalism, leaked public documents that have already been published, and historical archives.

If you know any 4chan boards where these topics are discussed, active forums, or well-known Tor sites focused on journalism or public-interest reporting, I'd really appreciate the recommendations.
