First show 9 weeks out. Am I on track?
First show 174lbs here flat as a pancake post fasted cardio check ins. 5’8. Today I am 8.5 weeks out and just hit a new low of 169lbs! Cardio is at 30x7 fasted elliptical. Self coached prep. Started at 24 weeks out at 220lbs
Just looking to see if an experienced competitors could tell me if Im on track? What % bf would you guess I am at? I’d guess I have another 9lbs or so to lose to stage condition but just trying to accurately gauge. Thanks!

Tryna fix skinny fat build, need advice
Trying to fix this skinny fat build, as you can see I have some muscle but the midsection is covered with fat.
What I wanted to get your thoughts on is what do you think about my arms especially my shoulders. The thing is, from the side, my arms look huge, but from the front they look narrow as fuck (might be an illusion due to having a fatter and wider midsection).
Do you think I should focus more on front or side delts? I’ve also added hammer curls into my routine since I heard it helps make ur arms look wider from the front.
Thanks for the help!

Advice Needed Please!
Hi Team,
I have just set up a full home gym with most avaiable weight, racks and cardio equipment.
I am looking to Build muscle and lower body fat Percentage.
My Current Stats are
Age: 41
Gender: Male
Height: 187cm
Weight: 101kg
Body Fat %: 22%
My dream goal is to obtain the following targets
Base Weight: 95kg
Muscle Weight: 105kg
Total Weight: 105kg
So looking to loose around 6kg of body fat and build 10kg of muscle.
I would also like a body fat percentage around 10% - 12%
What is a realistic timeline in achieving this naturally and a great program to optimise results.
Thanks for the advice.

Tell me your honest opinion about my body
I (35M) lost a lot of weight over 10 years ago (100lbs). I have had lapse in diet since then but have been very consistent past year. The 3rd pic is me this time last year and the first 2 pics are me now (cutting phase, creatine and jogging multiple times a week).
I have some loose skin since losing weight years ago and haven’t been able to get rid of it. I’ve researched many ways and the only conclusion is to do the surgery. I wanted to ask as someone who has learned to accept their body 2 things:
-In your honest opinion, does this body type throw you off or look bad to you?
-For anyone that has also done surgery for loose skin, how did it go? Was it painful?
I apologize if this post comes off as a tad insecure lol, but I’ve always wanted to get an brutally honest opinion and felt Reddit would be the place to do so.
