Im about to start a new job as a bobarista at 17, how can I make sure i do a good job?
I passed the interview at my local boba shop, which is rare because I heard it was incredibly hard to get an offer there, especially when so many of my friends applied and got rejected. I start training/work on the 27th, but this is my first job and Im not sure if Ill do a good job or not. How did you guys become a “great” employee or what are some tips that gave you compliments, made time go faster, etc? Thank you!

Does anyone know what matcha powder bobatime uses?
I always get a matcha from bobatime cause it’s sooooo good. I did read a comment on another thread that said that bobatime has a sweetened and an unsweetened matcha powder. I typically get just the matcha milk tea w/ oat milk (I hope that helps narrow down anything!) If anyone knows, I’d deeply appreciate if you could let me know. I also understand if you can’t reveal due to HQ or whatnot! So no worries :)

boba question How does gong cha prepare their drinks?
I’m curious about the way gong cha prepares their drinks, specifically how they sweeten them. is the nutrition information listed on their website/in-store in relation to a full sugar drink? or is it for a 50% sugar drink?
does anyone have any idea about this? I’d like to think a worker might know about these kinds of things, i hope someone can help me out 😅

Did you see or hear? Gong cha just dropped limited-edition Harry Potter keychains—grab your favorite Hogwarts house before they’re gone!
Which one are you choosing? 🤔
