This beermat is used at the Icons bar and lounge in the Radisson RED Hotel and Conference Centre located just outside of London’s Heathrow Airport.

It features a graphic based on David Bowie’s lightning bolt makeup as used on the cover of his album Aladdin Sane. I’m not sure why the bar is using this image, I didn’t see any other images of Bowie in the décor there.
