Tone: Dark, but with notes of camp. not afraid to get sad and dramatic but with notes of dark humor or comic relief (Not Batman 66 but Not The Batman 2022)

Batman: Dark broading with a quip or two. broads around but enjoys the high society life he was handed.

Villain: Joker is over used I want it to be another vilian someone who can bring same theateric blend of menace and camp while still being a threating baddie

Costumes: Aesthetically loud, one of my complaints about the 2022 The Batman was the costume for the Riddler is too downplayed. he looked like any other serial killer with a mask. I want them to blend Manece while also looking like the comic book counterpart

Style: Art Deco meets German Expressionst (kinda like Batman89)

Realistic or fiction: Mix, I want it to have the Grittiness of crime drama (Dark Knight) with the silliness (for a lack of a better word) of the comics

Live Action or animation: I prefer Live Action Batman haven't seen much of the animated ones

We know Batman has a no kill rule with the criminals he fights, and there's been much debate over it, but if the Joker, one of if not the most dangerous criminal in Gotham City, was put on trial, found guilty, sentenced to death, and was to be given a public execution, what would Batman do? Would he try to stop it or speak out against it, or would he try to stop others from getting Joker out alive?

I’ve been wanting to watch the films for a while now, and since I’m stuck at work for long periods of time with nothing better to do, I figured now would be the perfect time. The only Batman movie I’ve seen before is Batman Forever, so other than that I have no idea which film to start with. I’d like to start with the first in a trilogy and go through all 3, but I’m not sure if I should start with ‘89 or Begins? Hi! I see for example in the Arkham series videogames, or also in the Dark knight trilogy, that Batman is basically a heavyweight. In my opinion a middleweight one makes a lot more sense, since Batman is basically an acrobat. In real life an heavyweight, even a professional elite athlete, would drain their stamina in a couple minutes doing what Batman does on average. What do you think?

Batman is a detective, so lets see him do detective work for a large part and actually try to avoid fight scenes unless necessary.

Does anyone else think it would be cool if Batman eyes glowed in the same way nocturnal animal's eyes do? In other words, they glow in the dark when he needs night vision, and stop glowing when he comes into the light. It's entirely plausible for Batman to have night vision contact lenses, as we already see the camera lenses in The Batman '22. It makes sense to me for Bruce to be able to upgrade those with a night vision function. These contact lenses would glow in the dark when the night vision is active and would create a menacing sinister look while he's lurking in the dark. But they would also allow his eyes to be expressive when they need it in the light. I also think it fits thematically, I mean what is Batman if he didn't draw inspiration from nocturnal animals? (He'd just be man...) The only problem I see with this is that at the end of The Batman '22 it's clear that he's going away from the fear aspect of his character and more towards the hopeful side. Maybe somebody else has already had this thought, but it's something I came up with when thinking about the debate.

I think everybody here would want a Batman beyond game. I mean it’s been decades since we’ve had a good Batman game Batman Arkham shadow is good but something like Batman Arkham city or Batman, Arkham Asylum or Batman Arkham Knight are just fantastic and then we had that awful god-awful Batman to kill Justice league which completely ruined the Arkham universe rocksteady had 10 years to work on a Batman game now I’m not saying that they should be allowed to work on their projects, but I think everybody would love to see a Batman and beyond game I mean, think about it a futuristic Batman game involving Batman played by Conroy rest in peace honestly if they made a Batman beyond game, I would pay good money for that .

I finally bought the first two volumes of Absolute Batman and am hooked. And I know Scott Snyder has written a ton of Batman over the last while so, what do you all recommend?
