Hi! We are a very high volume coffee and doughnut shop. We have had this grinder for over two years and it has never done us wrong. Yesterday (very humid day) it started shooting out the espresso grinds like crazy. O took it apart and got all of the clogs out, put in new beans, adjusted the grind. I’ve tried everything. The grinds are still clogging the shoot where they come out and the machine is pulling at 7 seconds.

What do I do?

I can’t recreate it. I just thought it was so beautiful that I had to take a picture :)

Want to purchase La Marzocco Linea Mini: 1620W (12A), want to pair it with Eureka Atom 75 Espresso Grinder Wattage 800W and 120V. Is that doable? I need also fridge, water heater and so on. What about generator? Should I get two?

Due to space issues and in a fast work place, I was looking to try monin matcha concentrate bottles but they taste very sugary syrup , definitely does not taste like matcha . I was wondering if you guys have any ideas for matcha ? Thanks .
