New aunties/helpers, thank you for your interest in helping. We appreciate the support.
You should know our sub rules - which are both in the sidebar and the wiki. First and foremost, this is an ALL VOLUNTEER NETWORK, and we will not monetize, ever.
In order to become vetted, you’ll need to make a post stating generally where you are (ex: East Cornfield, Iowa) and what you are offering. We’ll screen and vet you at that time, after a post with your information is made. Please be sure you read completely all of the information here and in the FAQ below.
Please, HAVE A SOLID 30 DAY recent post/comment history before posting. Because of antis and scammers, we unfortunately have to turn some folks away without a post/comment history. We’re sure you will understand as we need to protect all sub users.
When offering assistance of any kind, please keep your personal safety in mind. Use caution, ask for references/social media/communicate thoroughly before taking anyone in. Consider using a buddy system if applicable and available. We are all adults and can make informed decisions about risks for ourselves.
Because of legal issues with parental rights, we cannot assist minors, but we do have two resources that can help. Minors may contact JanesDueProcess.org, or Planned Parenthood. both of which specifically work with minors.
When you post, if you are saying "my DM’s are open” please look out for antis and for any direct requests for money and please report either. We don’t want you to be scammed or harassed.
IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED:
The MAJORITY of scammers will pick a person and contact them directly via a DM, not through the sub. If someone contacts you directly EVER, without you having first reached out to them through a post on the sub, we recommend that you not respond.
NO ONE should be asking you directly, one on one, for assistance UNLESS they’ve already had their post seeking assistance approved, and you, in turn have responded with a message indicating that you are willing to help. Only then should you message directly with that person. Please report suspicious activity using the Message the Mods button ASAP.
We want to advise all aunties and helpers that it can be illegal to ship/reship pills to people in some states. We are not lawyers and cannot offer legal advice. Please use your best judgement or consult with a professional if you are concerned. We also know that there is such a thing as good trouble.
Please keep in mind that not all of the people we serve are people who identify as women -- we do help everyone, and try our best to use gender neutral terms when possible.
DO NOT PIGGYBACK on to other people's auntie/helper posts. We have to vet each person individually, and this would directly prevent your being able to be approved.
Lastly, when you post, please state clearly where you are and exactly what you are offering.
We greatly appreciate your support and your volunteer spirit. Please use the Message the Mods button if you have questions.

Hi everyone, auntienetwork needs some new mods to help out. We hope to get some qualified folks in to help ASAP. We’d love to consider you for our team!
To apply: you must already be an approved auntie/helper here — no one who is not approved PRIOR TO 6/15/2026 will be considered, no exceptions.
To APPLY: PLEASE first read and be familiar with the information in our wiki. We don’t want any mod to be flying blind.
All mod applicants should please submit an application via the Message the Mods button. Please tell us about yourself, why you want to help, any prior modding experience, and what motivated you to help. We do need folks in different time zones with availability to help make certain that requests can be met in a timely fashion. Remember, you must already have been an approved auntie/helper prior to 6/15/2026 to apply.
Please understand, all modding across Reddit is voluntary and unpaid.
r/auntienetwork neither accepts nor provides any funding to anyone. Thanks for considering joining our team!

Hi all, I’m in Philadelphia with a large home near public transit. Great for visitors who want to see the history of our country, check out great art, or see impressive athletes. I’m non-binary so please be cool with that. I have kids with me half the time and can most easily host when they are at their other parent. I do not have pets and can’t have cats due to allergies, but feel free to bring your dog if you have one.

Auntie in Western Mass (Springfield area) volunteering her home for short stays and auntie duties. 41 year F, married, no kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a couple of ferrets- I will be the first to admit my home in not the cleanest and not suitable for those with bad allergies but there are private rooms with queen beds to pick from and one of them doesn’t have animals allowed in it.
I have a fair amount of leeway at my job to be able to transport you to and from appointments (and wait for you through them and offer any support you need) if you are able to get out here. I will ensure we have any and all medications stocked you need if we don’t already have them- and we have heating pads and many other things that would come in handy- that you may need to make your recovery easier.

My husband and I live in Maryland in a quiet, diverse neighborhood just outside of DC. We have a private guest room (king size bed!) and dedicated guest bathroom on their own floor. We’re close to public transportation, and I work from home on a flexible schedule so I can help with transportation and caretaking. We also have a very sweet senior pup who started his life as a service dog and wants nothing more than to comfort you and keep you company (if you want!) 🥰
We’re very queer-affirming (I’m queer, we both have queer and trans family we’re very close to, I used to work in LGBTQ+ community programming). I currently work in the mental health field and have training on supporting people through traumatic experiences (caveat that I am not a licensed therapist). I am also a survivor of gender-based violence and can hold space for others in similar positions.
I grew up in a conservative southern state and strongly believe in the power of mutual aid and Auntie networks 💕

Auntie in VA with a guest suite and two very annoying cats, one of which who will be thrilled you’re here and the other will hide until she knows you’re safe. Happy to help.

Hey Friends at Auntie Network,

If you could be traveling through areas that may use flock cameras to track your journey, there is a site that can help you map a route to avoid them. It is Maps.Deflock.org
Safe journey and best wishes.

Hi loves! My husband and I have a spare room with a full size bed + a full private bathroom (standing shower. No tub). We do not have any pets so do not worry if you have allergies!
We are open minded individuals and Allies in the LGBTQIA+ community. I personally identify as part of the queer community despite being in a straight presenting relationship.
If you find that you are in need of a safe haven In the city be it for abortion, gender affirming care- whatever your situation may be- we are here to provide a safe and quiet space for you on your journey.
In love and light🤍

New Auntie here. I’m in Oklahoma and can provide rides, a place to stay, advice because I’ve been there, and ANYTHING ELSE from scripts to scheduling. There was no one to help me 27 years ago and I never want another woman to feel the way I did.

Sorry, LAS Vegas, Nevada!
I have a spare bedroom with queen bed and full private guest bath. My husband and I are self-employed and work from home, so our schedules are flexible. We can provide rides around the Vegas valley and potentially from Arizona or Utah with some advance notice.
We have one cat.

I am a (32F) new prospective auntie who owns a two bedroom home in Gloucester, MA, living with two dogs and one cat (kitten at time of writing). I can house someone for up to two weeks, and am happy to drive the person to and from their vacation spot. I can also provide meals, but might not be able to afford two weeks of food. If it's a short stint I will gladly foot the bill for food. I am a pretty good cook, or I can go pickup food if that is preferred!

Hi! I'm, 33f, and my husband and I own a home in South Central Idaho. We both travel for work a lot and are all over the state. I am willing to help with transportation needs, securing plan B, and aftercare. I had an abortion a few years ago, here in Idaho, right before it became illegal. I know how scary unplanned pregnancy can be. We will be relocating to the Midwest or Southern United States once our house sells so I can be of service there eventually too. Here for anyone that needs.

I’m an auntie in Grand Rapids, Michigan just putting myself out here for anyone who is thinking of taking a weekend road trip in this area.
I am willing to help with lodging, emotional support, and also more than willing to help with transportation, even if it involves a long road trip.
If you need someone to pick you up and accompany you for some sightseeing in the area, and then bring you home, I’m your auntie! I love to drive and *mean it* when I say even if you’re a distance away I am willing to help. I know that transportation is a huge boundary for some people, but I have a car and love driving :)

Hi all,
Auntie located in Central Indiana, willing to help throughout the state. Can help with meals, escorting to/from clinics, transportation (long and short), a listening ear, and obtaining needed supplies (PB, period products, so on). I have experience with individuals with higher needs, and while not fluent can speak passable Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
